ที่ตั้งใกล้แหล่งอำนวยความสะดวกมาก มี U-Bahn มีห้าง เดินทางสะดวกสุดๆ

พนักงานต้อนรับตลกมาก พอรู้ว่าฉันจะพักสองคืน พวกเขาก็ยืนยันให้ฉันเปิดใช้งานบัตรหนึ่งคืนก่อน แล้วค่อยให้ฉันมาเปิดใช้งานในวันรุ่งขึ้น พอฉันกลับมาเปิดใช้งานในวันรุ่งขึ้น พนักงานต้อนรับอีกคนก็คิดว่าฉันกำลังเช็คเอาท์ พอฉันอธิบายไป เธอก็งงกับสถานการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้น

ฉันเคยพักโรงแรมมาทุกประเภท ทั้งธุรกิจและส่วนตัวในหลายประเทศ แต่ไม่เคยเห็นโรงแรมไหนที่การจัดการแย่และพนักงานขาดประสบการณ์ขนาดนี้มาก่อน พักโฮสเทลหรือบ้านพักธรรมดาๆ ดีกว่าเยอะ เสียเงินเปล่าๆ เลย

ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมยอดเยี่ยม แต่สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกแย่มาก แม้แต่น้ำเปล่าในห้องพักก็ไม่มี อย่างน้อยที่สุดก็ควรมีน้ำดื่มสองขวด ซึ่งก็คุ้มค่ากับราคาที่จ่ายไป แผนกต้อนรับและรูมเซอร์วิสก็ไม่มีเลย คุยด้วยก็ไม่มี ทั้งๆ ที่ไม่มีอะไรในห้องพักเลย แต่เครื่องขายเครื่องดื่มอัตโนมัติในล็อบบี้ก็หมดเครื่องดื่มและไม่เคยเติมให้เลย ยกตัวอย่างเช่น คืนที่มีการแข่งขัน เราแทบจะติดแหง็กอยู่ในโรงแรมโดยไม่ได้ดื่มอะไรเลย

ห้องพักของโรงแรมนี้สะอาดและห้องอาบน้ำก็ใช้ได้ แต่ประตูหลักปิดตอนสี่ทุ่ม และต้องใช้รหัสผ่านหลังจากนั้น ผมยืนรออยู่หน้าประตู พยายามตั้งรหัสผ่านหลายสิบครั้งแต่ก็ใช้ไม่ได้เลย ต้องเข้าไปพักพร้อมกับแขกคนอื่นๆ ปรากฏว่าผมเป็นคนเลือกเอง แต่กรณีของผมใช้ไม่ได้ ผมยืนยันว่าผมลองใส่รหัสที่ถูกต้องแล้ว วันรุ่งขึ้นผมได้คุยกับพนักงานต้อนรับ และได้รับแจ้งว่าปัญหานี้เกิดขึ้นมานานแล้ว บางครั้งรหัสผ่านก็เข้าไม่ได้ แต่ทีมช่างเทคนิคของทางโรงแรมก็แก้ปัญหาไม่ได้ ผมนึกไม่ออกเลยว่าการเปลี่ยนเซ็นเซอร์หรือช่างเทคนิคสำหรับ B&B แบบกลุ่มใหญ่แบบนี้จะยากขนาดไหน ผมเลยจะไม่เลือกแบรนด์นี้อีกเลย ผมซาบซึ้งในบริการลูกค้าของ Trip.com มาก ดีที่สุดในวงการเสมอมา

Check-in and check-out were both quick and seamless. The property is conveniently located near a large shopping mall and plenty of local grocery stores.

It's small but expected. Room cleaning is only available for every 3 days. The staff was very nice to arrange one extra cleaning for us as we didn't know extra cleaning need to arrange online. We tried once online but the cleaning was completely missed. The problem is cleaning staff only available before noon. When we came back at night with all used towels on floor, we can only get new ones from reception. They gave us some chocolate for apologies. Location is quite ok. Direct train to airport and main tourist spots and central train station. If don't want to live around central station, it's good location to choose. Neighbourhood is a bit quiet. Not much to see. The shopping mall and supermarkets nearby provide all basic needs. It is pretty much a residential area. You can check in yourself. Leave the room without doing the checkout. Cleaning need tto be requested. It's a pretty much self serviced traveling hotel.

+1. All is perfect and comfortable

It was a lovely hotel near to Olympia Park - it was quite a distance from Oktoberfest though, where I wanted to visit. There's not much around Olympia Park and I didn't find it easy to use the public transport, so I walked around 7km each visit. I was very happy with the room, it was comfortable and quiet

Very overpriced for what it was. Very basic hotel and room was very small

check-in was so easy, and check-out even easier, hardly had to deal with any paperwork, only downside was that the sliding door doesn’t cover the shower area and the toilet area at the same time, and it’s a little far from most things, but it’s near some of the nicer art museums if that’s your speed 💗

Nice budget hotel. Worth the price.

The hotel was located near subway. Easier to go everywhere. The staffs were friendly and helpful as well.

The system of check in to the hotel is easy. The metro station is near the hotel which maybe need to walk about 3 mins.
