Paradise Bay Resort

Très bon hôtel bien placé : juste à côté du Ferry. Les chambres sont biens et propres. Ambiance camping dans la piscine l'après-midi, beaucoup plus calme le soir.

J'ai réservé/payé pour une chambre "Junior" avec vue sur la mer qui est la meilleure chambre possible. Mais quand je suis arrivé, ils m'ont dit que la chambre que j'avais réservée n'était pas disponible et qu'ils n'avaient plus de place, donc ils m'ont déclassé dans une chambre normale (une chambre bas de gamme) avec un problème de climatisation qui ne refroidissait rien et très vieille. Pour se rattraper ils m'ont donné le petit déjeuner (en aucun cas le petit déjeuner ne rembourse le prix que j'ai payé pour la chambre, mais c’est au moins un bon geste commercial). De plus je pensais avoir réservé une chambre pour deux mais en arrivant à l'hôtel ils m'ont fait payer le prix d'une chambre à la deuxième personne alors que celle-ci était avec moi dans la même chambre. Hôtel sympa à première vue, bar sympa avec des chanteurs qui jouent. Cependant les chambres sont très anciennes, une très vieille télévision alors que la majorité des hôtels moins chers ont au moins une Smart TV. Les Arrivé dans notre chambre Junior car nous avons réussi à en avoir une grâce à Trip.com (nous les avons contactés pour nous aider, merci beaucoup eux), la chambre était déjà utilisée avec de l'urine dans les toilettes où la chasse d'eau n'était pas tirée. Le réfrigérateur n'a pas été vidé. Les sièges étaient salles etc… Cependant à part tout cela nous avons passé un très bon séjour en dehors de l'hôtel car bien placé pour aller à Gozo ou Comino et les plages et activités autour. Mais beaucoup trop chère pour ce qui offre

Staff was ridiculously rude and i had a gastric sleeve operation flying from turkey and i was given the last room and the very end of the corridor which was a terrible long walking distance causing me to get tired all alone , bed in the room was a twin and was very horrible , women in reception was so rude , saying i hadnt paid for booking when the confirmation was all there never again!!!

Very old hotel that is suitable for people passing through to Gozo as it is ideally located for the ferry. breakfast is basic. We had requested a room with a sea view and looked out over the roof. The hotel does have a fantastically beautiful swimming pool. Seen from the air, it is made in the shape of a fish! just across the street is a very good restaurant called "Porto Lounge".

Hotel is nice and clean, great view, not the best localisation but there are a lot of bus, food is okay maybe a bit expensive for the quality especially on weekends

full sea view, near ferry to Gozo, location and breakfast was good, nice staff, we had wonderful stay.

At the check in I was literally told to run around and come back at 15:00 for the room. First of all: where’s the welcome? Information provided? No! No rooms at low seasons? Impossible! Unfriendly and unprofessional male staff at the reception. When asking for the manager I’ve got another room. The male receptionist just wanted to sell an upgrade. Like scamming people with the room that I’ve got and when reporting it asking for more money? How rude is that? The room I’ve got was supposed to be „seaview“ and it was actually „streetview“. I mean why do you scam people? All we want is to have sleep at night when booking a hotel in the last part of the island! Just write streetview with sea in the background! Instead of scamming people and then just trying to sell another room! So many things I could mention here about the hotel that are not working properly but I don’t want to waste my time anymore it was already a waste of time money and mind staying there!

Very nice place with two wonderful pools and a beach specific to those staying there. It is close the the ferry terminal for easy access to the other two islands. Spa was very nice they did a good job on my nails.

Location great for a trip to the other two islands otherwise far away from any other sights Little bit dissatisfied with the view of the room. I booked „sea view“ and it was barely sea view. Breakfast was also only okay… not that many choices and loud restaurant
