first time at this hotel as normally holiday in sousse! staff very friendly and helpful! animation team excellent with the children and have talkative and funny with the adults. bar staff very good, polite nothing is to much.😁 Food not as good as we have been use to in sousse and sometimes cold which one would not expect from hot plates, but something for everyones taste buds. NOT one to complain but there was NO chips/Fries served at all and not even a fried egg which we found most sad about as everyone loves a chip or 2😁 not sure if we would return but would carefully consider it just to see the staff again thank you

Animation team, great atmosphere, interactive with children of all ages. Children have really enjoyed activities and kids discos so far! Fun team who deliver various different activities throughout the day and evening, would recommend.

Animation l kids club has been great, our kids have enjoyed every minute, playing football painting dancing amd learning some of the language, they have been safe hands. I would be very happy for our children to spend more time with Animation.

Animation team are super amazing! They live and work in this hotel and do an amazing job at making our experience especially for the children, full of love, life and laughter! However, the hotel itself is located in a very inconvenient place as it is far away from anything decent to do, see or eat, for kids or families. You have to wait endless minutes to get a taxi as it’s on a signalling basis. There is no wifi in the rooms/very low signal. Do not come during the winter as the weather is awful and the same as England so you can’t use the outdoor swimming pool. However, I just learned today that there is an indoor swimming pool which is amazing and will be perfect for my son! The beach is very close however, the sand is very dirty and you can’t use your may to sit down and enjoy the breeze of sound of the waves. The sea is very cold but you can walk on the beach if you like that sort of thing as long as you don’t hope to sit on the sand part as you can’t. Overall, the staff are friendly and kind. Some do speak good English or decent enough to get by but it helps if you can speak some French or even Arabic as Arabic is Tunisia’s first language. It will just be better for you.

The hotel was new to us but did not disappoint. Service staff were great. In particular, the Animation staff Soulaima, Khalil and Saber were outstanding. My kids loved them and the activities. Thank you for making our time a memorable and special one. We will miss the fun discos!

We did not stay at the hotel, but we did spend some time in their lounge (La Cabane) which was amazing! Good drinks, food and amazing music really made for an excellent Saturday night experience. I would really recommend going to this gem of a place.

I would really recommend this hotel for a super relaxing break. The resort is wonderful, the rooms are exactly as you see on the website and the staff can't do enough to help you. Thank you for a wonderful holiday 😁
