We are pleased to welcome you to our Gostiny Dvor Na Prudakh. We opened in 2020 and are ready to offer you spacious rooms in our new building. We offer rooms of varying comfort levels, from economy to superior rooms. Staying in our new, clean hotel will leave only positive impressions. Our helpful and qualified staff will always help with any questions, call a taxi, and arrange a wake-up call. The hotel is located in a quiet area of Barnaul city center. The distance to Titov International Airport is 15 km, and the train station is 2.5 km. The Manzherok resort is 282 km away. It's important to eat well in the morning and start the day in a good mood. We offer breakfast at the hotel; there is no set time. Breakfast can be served at your convenience. No need to worry about dirty laundry; you can have it washed at the hotel. Your belongings will be tidied up within 5-6 hours. We offer 14 rooms of various categories. They are equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. All rooms are air-conditioned and feature a flat-screen TV with digital channels and complimentary toiletries. Each room has a private bathroom. Rooms are cleaned daily, with towels changed, and bed linens changed every other day. The hotel is located near the city's business centers and major shopping malls, and the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) is a 5-minute walk away.

The Smart Hotel KDO Barnaul is located in the railway station building. The rooms are on the second floor. Guests have 12 rooms available in the following categories: Economy 2-Bed, Economy 3-Bed, Economy 4-Bed, Economy 5-Bed, Standard with Two Twin Beds, and Standard with One Double Bed. 1. Check-in and required documents: To check into the hotel, guests must present an original identification document and complete a registration form: Russian citizens original passport; Foreign citizens passport with a valid immigration card or visa (we recommend confirming availability with the hotel staff before booking); Children under 14 original birth certificate. Effective January 1, 2025, a requirement to formalize consent to the processing of personal data (PD) in a separate document came into effect. The previous practice of including this consent in other agreements is unacceptable. Therefore, the following procedure is being established: Upon check-in, each guest must obtain: A completed registration card. A separate documentconsent to the processing of personal data. Special conditions apply to: Minors. Persons recognized as legally incompetent. 2. Accommodation with Pets The hotel allows pets in special rooms upon presentation of veterinary documentation and payment of an additional fee (1,000 rubles). With the exception of guide dogs, which are accommodated free of charge. Guests are obligated to adhere to the following rules: provide the pet with a mat/cage, litter box, and utensils, supervise its behavior, maintain cleanliness, and compensate for damage to hotel property. Dogs must be muzzled and on a leash while on the premises (toy breeds must be on a leash or carried). Certain behaviors are prohibited: feeding from hotel dishes, using hotel furniture for animals, leaving them unattended, showering/bathing, and grooming in the room and on the premises. The administration reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate the contract for violations of these rules. 3. Additional services: scanning and copying of documents, laundry, ironing, and storage. A hairdryer and iron are provided for guests.
