Just wanna share my experience of staying in this beautiful hotel. 1- The location and the views from the hotel are just amazing! Especially during sunsets! 2- The personal and stuff of the hotel are super super friendly, if I could I would give 10 stars for the hospitality. 3- Onsens and the view are something out from this world 4- What I was really amazed is the kitchen and the chef that is cooking. If you stay in this hotel I highly recommend take the breakfast and dinners. You will have a high class food with a presentation and explanation of each dish by the servant. Best experience 5- Last but not the least I forgot my speaker in the hotel. The stuff brought it back the same day to me to another hotel I moved after NISHIHOPPO. So guys, less words more actions! 10 stars to this amazing hotel and it’s owner. My respect.

มันทำให้จินตนาการของฉันเกี่ยวกับเรียวกังออนเซ็นญี่ปุ่นเป็นจริงขึ้นมาเลย สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก: เราจองห้องแบบญี่ปุ่นมาตรฐานพร้อมห้องน้ำในตัว แต่จริงๆ แล้วมีหน้าต่าง แค่วิวที่ต่างออกไป ห้องพักค่อนข้างใหญ่ตามมาตรฐานญี่ปุ่น แต่ทางเข้าค่อนข้างแคบ ทำให้มีพื้นที่วางของและเก็บของได้ไม่มากนัก สภาพแวดล้อม: ตอนที่ฉันไป ห้องอาบน้ำชายและห้องอาบน้ำหญิงถูกเปลี่ยนใหม่ ฉันเลยลองแค่ห้องเดียว มีห้องอาบน้ำใหญ่ ห้องอาบน้ำเล็ก และห้องอาบน้ำกลางแจ้ง แต่ห้องอาบน้ำในร่มสบายที่สุด อุณหภูมิน้ำกำลังดี ไม่มีห้องอาบน้ำส่วนตัวให้จอง แต่แนะนำให้ไปทีหลัง ถ้าโชคดีอาจจะเช่าห้องอาบน้ำทั้งหมดได้ การบริการ: ยอดเยี่ยม โรงแรมมีรถรับส่งจากสถานี Yudanaka ไปโรงแรมและกลับ แต่รถจะออกหลัง 14:00 น. นอกจากนี้ยังมีรถรับส่งไป Snow Monkey Park แต่ไม่มีรถรับส่งกลับ โรงแรมน่ารักมาก พอมาถึงก็พบว่าลืมกระเป๋าไว้ที่สถานี พนักงานเลยพากลับมาเอา ฉันเป็นคนเดียวบนรถบัสตลอดเวลา ทำให้เป็นประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวสุดๆ อาหารเช้าและเย็นให้เยอะมาก บอกเลยว่าปรุงอย่างพิถีพิถัน แต่ส่วนตัวไม่ค่อยชอบอาหารดิบเท่าไหร่ เลยลองกินแค่แป๊บเดียว ไม่เห็นมีอะไรพิเศษเลย วันที่ไปกินก็มีเนื้อวัวด้วย มีอาหารให้เลือกหลากหลาย ถ้าไม่ได้กินก็ไม่เป็นไร ถ้างบเยอะ แนะนำให้ลอง! ! สัมผัสประสบการณ์การรับประทานอาหารญี่ปุ่นแบบดั้งเดิมได้เลย

ทำเลที่ตั้งและโรงแรมเล็กๆ ที่เป็นอัญมณี ใกล้กับจุดชมลิงที่ยามาโนจิ เราพักในห้องพร้อมเตียง อาหารเช้า และอาหารเย็น ซึ่งสดใหม่และรสชาติอร่อยมาก อาหารเช้าทำให้เราพร้อมสำหรับวันใหม่ พนักงานให้ความช่วยเหลือและเป็นมิตรอย่างยิ่ง

Loved this modest but well-kept ryokan. This is right on the slopes, so a ski-in and ski-out situation. It is near the Yokoteyama Resort shuttle stop. The futons and comforters were very comfortable, and we had fantastic sleep every night we stayed. The family that cares for the ryokan/hotel was lovely, and even though there was a language barrier, we made it work together! The public bath is effective, and the food, while modest, was prepared with care, and delicious. Enjoyed our stay very much. We would come back.

Some of the best customer service we've ever experienced. Ms. Abe was wonderful and her English was excellent. The outdoor onsen was perfect, truly beautiful. A big, well landscaped area, truly relaxing. All guests get to reserve 30 minutes of private use each evening, which was wonderful, but you can also go back during men's time, women's time, or mixed if you want to enjoy some more. The breakfast was also very good, and the room was sizeable. This was our favourite stay in Japan.

ฉันพอใจกับห้องพักที่จองไว้มาก คุ้มค่ามาก รวมบุฟเฟต์อาหารเช้าและอาหารค่ำสุดพิเศษ โรงแรมยังมีบริการรถรับส่งไป-กลับระหว่างสวนลิงและสถานีรถไฟ ตอนแรกคิดว่าจะไกลจากยูออนเซ็น แต่จริงๆ แล้วสะดวกมาก ไม่ว่าจะเดินหรือนั่งรถบัส ที่นี่มีสระน้ำพุร้อนกลางแจ้งและร้านขายของที่ระลึกในล็อบบี้ เจ้าของโรงแรมใจดีมาก แถมยังให้ยืมสายชาร์จกล้องด้วย ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือหมอนแข็งไปหน่อย ซึ่งฉันว่าค่อนข้างจะแข็งไปหน่อย

性價比超好，早晚餐包括，老闆員工都很有善，會跟父母再嚟，可以ski in out ,酒店會有個老司機手車很好幫你泊車，酒店隔離就係講多啦纜車票店，風景很優美，回酒店可以浸溫泉，多比會有嘢飲提供，有少少似日式club med, 而且酒店嘅裝環都是山頂的花拼成的，非常有心思！而且志賀嘅雪真係好厚滑！

Excellent location next to ski lift at Sun Valley. 3 mins walk to the local bus station with buses going to Nagano Station direct (express service) or Yudanaka station. Room and bath room (2 basins and 1 sink) are spacious - we had 3 futons and 2 single beds for our family of 5. They may be a little dated but very clean. Room has a view to outside snowy forest during our time. Highlights of our stay: Half board meals - authentic Japanese! Big portions and lots of pretty and dishes served! Free coffee everyday in late afternoon. Service was impeccable - the front desk lady (very friendly and excellent service disposition) , and the elderly folks who served in the restaurant - thumbs up!

Wonderful hotel and experience. We came in offseason (April) but still had a good dusting of snow. So conveniently located next to Ichinose Family Ski Area and have everything you need right on property (rentals, lockers, restaurant, store, onsen). Food in the restaurant was very tasty and high quality and you can eat as much as you want.  Room had a nice view of the slope and was comfortable once dialing in the heater settings.  Undoubtedly best part of the hotel was the staff though. So friendly and accommodating. I sustained an injury early in the trip and they could not be more helpful and accommodating.  Look forward to returning.
