Just wanna share my experience of staying in this beautiful hotel. 1- The location and the views from the hotel are just amazing! Especially during sunsets! 2- The personal and stuff of the hotel are super super friendly, if I could I would give 10 stars for the hospitality. 3- Onsens and the view are something out from this world 4- What I was really amazed is the kitchen and the chef that is cooking. If you stay in this hotel I highly recommend take the breakfast and dinners. You will have a high class food with a presentation and explanation of each dish by the servant. Best experience 5- Last but not the least I forgot my speaker in the hotel. The stuff brought it back the same day to me to another hotel I moved after NISHIHOPPO. So guys, less words more actions! 10 stars to this amazing hotel and it’s owner. My respect.

หลังจากชมลิงหิมะจากจิโกคุดานิแล้ว ค่าแท็กซี่เพียง 1,500 เยน หากไม่มีกระเป๋าเดินทางก็สามารถเดินไปที่โรงแรมได้ เมื่อเช็คอิน แผนกต้อนรับจะถามคุณเกี่ยวกับเวลาอาหารเย็นและอาหารเช้า และเวลาที่คุณวางแผนจะออกเดินทาง เพื่อที่เราจะได้จัดเวลาที่เหมาะสมเพื่อส่งคุณไปยังสถานียูดานากะ พนักงานเสิร์ฟจะพาคุณไปที่ห้องของคุณ ห้องที่เราจองไว้มีชื่อว่า Fuyun มีห้องน้ำและบริเวณซักล้างอยู่ด้านหลัง มีเตียงสไตล์ตะวันตกขนาดใหญ่ 2 เตียง หน้าต่างเพดาน ด้านในเป็นห้องนั่งเล่นสไตล์ญี่ปุ่นขนาดใหญ่เพียงพอสำหรับวางเตียงสไตล์ญี่ปุ่นสำหรับ 4 คน นอกจากนี้ห้องนั่งเล่นยังมีหน้าต่างเป็นแถวมองเห็นอาคารหลักของโรงแรมและภูเขาที่ปกคลุมด้วยหิมะอยู่ไกลๆ นอกจากนี้ยังมีระเบียงกึ่งเปิดโล่งและบ่อน้ำพุร้อนส่วนตัว เราไม่มีเวลาไปเยี่ยมชมและใช้บ่อน้ำพุร้อนรวมของโรงแรม อุณหภูมิของบ่อน้ำพุร้อนในห้องอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ร้อนพอตัว แต่ไม่ร้อนจนเกินไป ฉันสามารถนั่งแช่ในอ่างได้โดยตรงโดยไม่ต้องยืนเขย่งเท้าเพื่อปรับให้เข้ากับอุณหภูมิ มื้อเย็นของเราจัดในห้องส่วนตัวที่กว้างขวางมาก อาหารก็เข้มข้น และมีผักเยอะมาก ลูกของฉันที่ชอบกินเนื้อสัตว์แต่ไม่ชอบผักคงไม่มีความสุข ยังไงก็ตาม ฉันชอบมันมาก กินเยอะไปจะดื่มกาแฟสักแก้วเพื่อช่วยย่อยอาหาร ในห้องของเรามีเครื่องชงกาแฟแคปซูล Nespresso ซึ่งมีแคปซูลกาแฟสองแบบที่เหมาะกับรสนิยมของฉันและดีมาก! ทริปนี้เป็นทริปที่รวดเร็วและเราไม่สามารถจัดเวลาเดินไปรอบ ๆ สถานี Yuhataka และสัมผัสรสชาติของถนนบ่อน้ำพุร้อนได้ เราจะกลับมาในครั้งต่อไป

Loved this modest but well-kept ryokan. This is right on the slopes, so a ski-in and ski-out situation. It is near the Yokoteyama Resort shuttle stop. The futons and comforters were very comfortable, and we had fantastic sleep every night we stayed. The family that cares for the ryokan/hotel was lovely, and even though there was a language barrier, we made it work together! The public bath is effective, and the food, while modest, was prepared with care, and delicious. Enjoyed our stay very much. We would come back.

性價比超好，早晚餐包括，老闆員工都很有善，會跟父母再嚟，可以ski in out ,酒店會有個老司機手車很好幫你泊車，酒店隔離就係講多啦纜車票店，風景很優美，回酒店可以浸溫泉，多比會有嘢飲提供，有少少似日式club med, 而且酒店嘅裝環都是山頂的花拼成的，非常有心思！而且志賀嘅雪真係好厚滑！

It was brilliant! It is the same with pictures on this site. They gave me yukata and towel and changed it every day. I had a tea and enjoyed it on my balcony. I tried a futon at first time in my life. I had my own reserved table for breakfast. ❗❗❗The hotel has its own bus with driver, which took me to the Snow Monkey Park and to the station for free! Actually staff was so polite! It is seems like you are someone important. Actually the only one minus that you can't go to all 9 Shibu Onsen's baths, but just to 9th bath only. But the hotel has its own bath even open-air. It was really nice and comfortable accommodation.

อาหารเช้ามีทั้งอาหารญี่ปุ่นและอาหารตะวันตกเป็นอาหารญี่ปุ่น อาหารทะเลและซาซิมิ  มีส่วนผสมท้องถิ่นให้เลือก  Shiga Ski Resort โดยทั่วไปจะอยู่ในโรงแรมสกี บริการแบบครบวงจร  โรงแรมแห่งนี้อยู่ห่างจากเคเบิลคาร์ Hengmachi 5 นาที โดยทั่วไปสามารถพายเข้าและออกได้ แต่คุณต้องขับรถไปที่ภูเขาห่าน 20 นาที หากคุณวางแผนที่จะเล่นสกีหลายวัน พยายามเลือกโรงแรมในพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง เครื่องเล่นสกีของโรงแรมค่อนข้างเก่า ไม่มีร้านสะดวกซื้อในภูเขา Zhiha ทั้งหมด การเลือกโรงแรมที่มีสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกครบครันสามารถทําได้ครึ่งหนึ่ง

Mostly good experience. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The French restaurant was delicious. And it was great that there was a ski rental and storage right inside the hotel. Added to that, the convenience of skiing right to the lift is heavenly. The bar/ lounge was chill and cozy. However it either seemed there was a shortage of staff, mostly new staff, or both. The mandatory dinner reservations were very restrictive even though when getting there at the reserved time, the restaurant was half empty. And most frustrating was that there was no options for getting any type of food after 8:30. So if you get hungry after that time or want a snack, you better pre buy one of the 3 options of instant noodles from the lobby store (before it closes also).

Excellent location next to ski lift at Sun Valley. 3 mins walk to the local bus station with buses going to Nagano Station direct (express service) or Yudanaka station. Room and bath room (2 basins and 1 sink) are spacious - we had 3 futons and 2 single beds for our family of 5. They may be a little dated but very clean. Room has a view to outside snowy forest during our time. Highlights of our stay: Half board meals - authentic Japanese! Big portions and lots of pretty and dishes served! Free coffee everyday in late afternoon. Service was impeccable - the front desk lady (very friendly and excellent service disposition) , and the elderly folks who served in the restaurant - thumbs up!

Wonderful hotel and experience. We came in offseason (April) but still had a good dusting of snow. So conveniently located next to Ichinose Family Ski Area and have everything you need right on property (rentals, lockers, restaurant, store, onsen). Food in the restaurant was very tasty and high quality and you can eat as much as you want.  Room had a nice view of the slope and was comfortable once dialing in the heater settings.  Undoubtedly best part of the hotel was the staff though. So friendly and accommodating. I sustained an injury early in the trip and they could not be more helpful and accommodating.  Look forward to returning.
