Хороший отель с прекрасным обслуживанием. Удобно расположен, в 15-20 мин ходьбы от станции и достопримечательностей. Есть онсен. Останавливались в номере в японском стиле. Очень атмосферно. Завтрак и ужин были вкусными.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the view was great. The free cocktail and coffee services in the lobby were nice, as well as the free drink bar (including one beer per person) near the entrance to the hot spring. The paid massage service was also good. The meals were decent, especially the grilled beef, which simply melted in my mouth. The restaurant staff welcomed us warmly and provided friendly service. Cons: The variety of hot springs was lacking, and the view from the hot springs was almost blocked, which was disappointing. The lockers for valuables used combination dials, and foreign guests often didn’t know how to use them, locking their room keys inside and struggling to reopen them. This was a major inconvenience. They should switch to a key-and-wristband system like other onsen hotels. The room itself felt like an old, once-grand mansion that had seen better days. The furniture had many scratches, and the surfaces were worn and peeling. It made me think it must have been impressive in the past. Still, the room was definitely more spacious compared to other hotels.

Very old school ryokan run by very friendly who has been working there for many years. Your name will be displayed on the board next to the entrance of the ryokan to show that they were currently welcoming these guests staying at the ryokan! We stayed there for 2 nights with free parking and we didn’t have to drive anywhere until we checked out as the ryokan is within walking distance to the 3 major world heritage listed shrines including The Toshogu Palace. Avoid room 312 or 313 (which we stayed) which are the smallest rooms. Those rooms in the middle parts are bigger and more comfortable. Do ask for any room facing the back of the ryokan and avoid those facing the front where you only see car parks with coaches coming in the morning bringing tourists to the shrines. The onsite Onsen for ryokan guests, breakfasts and dinners are the highlights. You’d love the traditional Japanese meals served there and you won’t be hungry. Would I come back to this ryokan again? Yes definitely due to its location and friendly staff.

酒店沒有太大問題很傳統的日式旅館，服務沒有話説的。大堂提供的免費酒水飲料小食，足夠吃飽。唯一烏龍的地址定位問題，根據地址導航到是另外一個酒店，差一點沒有地方住。圖片是二家酒店的距離，實際這家地址應該是温泉大原1057，不是温泉大原1060，希望和店家再核實一下。

โรงแรมน้ําพุร้อนที่โดดเด่นมาก ห้องที่จองเป็นห้องแบบญี่ปุ่น เสื่อทาทามิบริสุทธิ์ ไม่มีห้องน้ําในห้อง โปรดใส่ใจเป็นพิเศษ คุณต้องไปที่บ่อน้ําพุร้อนแยกต่างหากในโรงแรม แบบญี่ปุ่นดั้งเดิม แบ่งออกเป็นชายและหญิง ล้างด้วยแสงเพื่อเข้าสู่บ่อน้ําพุร้อน ความรู้สึกต่าง ๆ กัน ญี่ปุ่นชอบมาก อิอิ โรงแรมรวมอาหารเช้าและอาหารเย็น คุณภาพสูงอย่างคาดไม่ถึง และเมนูแต่ละวันแตกต่างกัน ซึ่งน่าประหลาดใจมาก จําเป็นต้องพูดบริการ สไตล์ญี่ปุ่นเป็นกันเอง ภาษาอังกฤษของพนักงานก็โอเค การสื่อสารก็โอเค โดยรวมแล้วเป็นโรงแรมที่โดดเด่นมาก คุ้มค่าที่จะได้สัมผัส

ยกเว้นการรับประทานอาหารเย็นและอาหารเช้าแบบมังสวิรัติโดยไม่มีเหตุผล โรงแรมบ่อน้ำพุร้อนโดยรวมก็ค่อนข้างดี แต่ใครอยากไปโรงแรมบ่อน้ำพุร้อนเพื่อทานอาหารมังสวิรัติบ้างคะ หลังจากกลับมา ฉันติดต่อแพลตฟอร์ม Ctrip เพื่อถามเหตุผลว่าเป็นปัญหากับตัวแทนที่สั่งหรือมีปัญหากับโรงแรมหรือไม่ ข้อเสนอแนะนั้นรวดเร็วมาก ฉันโทรศัพท์ไปหลายครั้งในสองวันเพื่อรายงานความคืบหน้าและยินดีคืนเงินส่วนหนึ่ง แต่พวกเขาไม่เคยบอกเหตุผลที่เราต้องการทราบเลย

เดินจากสถานีไกลหน่อย ประมาณสิบกว่านาที สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกของโรงแรมอาจจะเก่าไปนิด แต่ก็ยังคงดูแลรักษาดีเยี่ยม โรงแรมเงียบสงบดี ออนเซ็นมีสองบ่อ บ่อในร่มหนึ่งบ่อ และบ่อกลางแจ้งอีกหนึ่งบ่อ ห้องสไตล์ญี่ปุ่นเป็นฟูกวางบนพื้น ซึ่งฟูกก็เป็นแบบสปริงรุ่นเก่าแล้ว โดยรวมแล้ว ในราคานี้ ถือว่าคุ้มค่าและแนะนำครับ/ค่ะ!

It’s our first time visiting Nikko. The hotel is quite a distance from Nikko station so walking is not an option (take bus 2A/2C) and stop at stop number 11. Then, walk 5mins upslope to the hotel. The friendly receptionist spoke basic english. There were 2 smoking booths at floor 3&4. The onsen(both indoor and outdoor) was a nice experience. As there were few guest, I had the whole onsen all to myself. There was also 2 private onsens which you can book for 2000yen. Amenities were stocked up and I was impressed! Meals were included in the price, and dinner was an experience. Everything closes early here in winter. We were allowed check in at 11am, and proceeded to Kanaya Hotel (500yen) and to Toshogu Shrine (1600yen). We walked around the picturesque town with so many beautiful photo spots! If you’re catching the first train out of Nikko (7:37am), do note there is NO taxi service & breakfast starts at 730am so we had to forfeit breakfast. You have to walk out to the bus stop which comes earliest at 7:02am. Overall, a good first experience in a ryokan.

I don’t understand why someone would leave a negative review due to their own negligence. Trip.com clearly mentioned the additional 300-yen tax (I assume this is the onsen tax) per person, yet they still claimed they were “scammed.” My overall experience at Hotel Euro City was wonderful. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, and the shuttle bus service was amazing. If you want to get to the hotel easily, check the shuttle schedule on the hotel’s homepage so you don’t have to walk from the station. They run it every day at 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 15:15, 16:15, 17:15, and 18:15 from “Nikko Station Hotel Classic,” right next to JR Nikko Station. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the onsen in the backyard was great. It’s true that the room had a mild smell, but I assume it was due to recent pest control (it smelled like pesticide). Just open the windows for a while and it goes away. Breakfast was okay—not as fancy as in the advertisements, maybe because it wasn’t peak season. Overall, I think this is a very good choice, especially if you’re traveling with family. 自分の不注意が原因なのに、なぜ悪いレビューを書くのか理解できません。Trip.com にはきちんと「1人あたり300円の追加税金（おそらく入湯税）」と明記されているのに、それでも「だまされた」と書く人がいます。 私のホテル・ユーロシティでの滞在はとても快適でした。スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で、シャトルバスのサービスも素晴らしかったです。駅から歩きたくない場合は、ホテルのホームページでシャトルバスの時刻を確認すると良いと思います。毎日、JR日光駅のすぐ隣にある「日光ステーションホテルクラシック」から 9:00／9:30／10:00／15:15／16:15／17:15／18:15 に運行しています。 部屋は広くて快適で、裏庭にある温泉もとても良かったです。確かに部屋には少し匂いがありましたが、おそらく害虫駆除をした後の匂い（殺虫剤のような匂い）だと思います。窓を開けてしばらく換気すればなくなります。 朝食は普通で、広告ほど豪華ではありませんでしたが、ハイシーズンではなかったためかもしれません。全体的に、特に家族連れの方にはとても良い選択だと思います。

ที่ตั้งของโรงแรมไม่สะดวกสำหรับนักเดินทางที่โดยสารรถบัสมากนัก ยกเว้นผู้ที่ขับรถมาเอง ห้องที่ฉันจองไว้เป็นห้องสำหรับสูบบุหรี่เท่านั้น พอฉันไปถึงห้องก็มีกลิ่นบุหรี่แรงมาก ซึ่งไม่สบายตัวเลย อาหารอร่อยมากและเป็นเซอร์ไพรส์ที่น่ายินดี บ่อน้ำพุร้อนก็น่าแช่ โรงแรมแห่งนี้ควรปรับปรุงด้านสุขอนามัยจริงๆ พรมทั้งหมดเป็นสีดำ และควรเปลี่ยนห้องพักให้เป็นห้องปลอดบุหรี่ แต่ราคาต่อประสิทธิภาพนั้นสูงมาก โดยเฉพาะส่วนลดจาก Trip.com
