The hotel was really beautiful, and the view of the mountains very calming. We could really enjoy it from our balcony. The restaurant in the hotel is delicious, and they even stayed open later for lunch (apologies to the staff!) because we arrived so late and hungry. That being said, the breakfast they serve was also delicious. We were able to fill ourselves up before going on a hike to Mt Tai, and the hotel agreed to store our luggage longer, and picking it up was no problem. Service was amazing, and the staff was very kind, and they were very patient with us and our Google Translate. Those of us who used the massage voucher very much enjoyed it. You are allowed to smoke in some rooms though, and the smoke from other hotel guests travelled through the halls, but it was not too overbearing for us, and we enjoyed the positives so much more. Would recommend!

Wonderful stay at this hotel, room is assigned according to my requests, very clean, spacious, comfortable bed and the new pillow given to me by 小张 for trial is very comfortable. She and all  the reception staff are very helpful, kind and cheerful. The breakfast is excellent The location is also convenient to various attractions. . I will definitely recommend the hotel to my friends.

Stayed in two different rooms on two separate dates. Bidet doesn't work. Some outlets don't work. The hotel restaurant is mid and again some machines work. Otherwise this hotel is very clean and the front desk staff is very communicative and accommodating. The family/exec rooms have amazing views!

Amazing location for hiking the mountain. The room was clean and modern. It had all the facilities needed. The staff were so friendly and helpful they really made the visit amazing. Would highly recommend!

Super nice hotel with a good localisation, people are helpful and the rooms are really clean. Unlucky with the weather, we had a super moment at Flora Hotel. You can go to the Red gate directly by walk from the hotel ! Perfec

The hotel is part of Wanda property and right next a Wanda shopping mall. It is convenient. Walking around the hotel and. Its shopping plaza is pleasant. The area for it to improve is its breakfast buffet. Its offering looks a lot but appears to a random collection of local food. It lacks a central theme of its offering. Otherwise it is all good.

We stayed in a family room, which was bright and pleasantly furnished. The atmosphere of the room was friendly, and it felt comfortable for our family. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bathroom left something to be desired, as we found hair from previous guests in the shower, which was disappointing. Since we visited during the low season, the restaurant was closed, so we couldn’t enjoy any meals on site. Additionally, the hotel is quite difficult to reach without your own car, and communication with the reception was only possible using translation apps, which made things a bit challenging. I believe that at a different time of year, with more services and facilities open, our experience would have been much more positive. Breakfast was offered, but without any choice of drinks. It was acceptable.
