來敦煌選這家酒店真的挖到寶藏！直線距離鳴沙山僅300米，步行就能去看沙漠日出日落，位置絕佳太方便了。房間是全屋智能語音控制，開燈調温拉窗簾動動嘴就行，懶人狂喜！床墊是金可兒的，躺上去軟硬度剛剛好，旅途奔波躺下瞬間放鬆，搭配徠芬高速吹風機，吹乾頭髮又快不傷髮質。洗漱用品都是草珊瑚品牌，温和好用細節拉滿。入住就贈送新鮮水果、點心果乾，還有精緻下午茶，服務特別貼心！訂指定房型還能每人領到沙漠五件套，或是樂動敦煌、又見敦煌45元代金券，看演出省了不少錢。衞生乾淨整潔，工作人員熱情周到，不管是去鳴沙山遊玩還是看演出，住這裏都性價比拉滿，下次來敦煌還選這家，強烈推薦給來敦煌旅行的朋友！

การตั้งแคมป์คือวิ่งไปที่ท้องฟ้าเต็มไปด้วยดวงดาว มันสวยมาก และฝีมือของพนักงานก็ยอดเยี่ยมจริงๆ มีแม่น้ําดาวและดาวอังคาร คราวหน้าจะมีโอกาสมาทางตะวันตกเฉียงเหนือ เพื่อนๆที่ชอบดาวเต็มฟ้าสามารถรีบไปได้เลย

We were not impressed, especially for the price. We've stayed at hotels that are similarly priced and expected much better. To be fair, the hotel itself is beautiful. The architecture, the room interiors, and the breakfast and drinks to get were all very nice. However, the problems started at arrival. We were told the afternoon tea was cancelled and the restaurant was fully booked because of an event. No one told us this in advance, which was very disappointing. The check-in was disorganized. The receptionist (who was also the manager) turned away to help someone else while I was still talking to her. She didn't give us our room keys, saying the bell boy would open the door. But when we got to the room, the bell boy had to walk all the way back to get the keys. The bell boys were actually very friendly and helpful—the only good part. To make things stranger, the female manager called me a few hours after we checked out. She asked how the event affected our stay. I was busy and rushing around, and the call worried me—I thought I had left something behind. Asking for our opinion after we left was too late. They should have asked us during our stay, or better yet, informed us before we even arrived. So, while the place is beautiful, the poor communication and service ruined the experience. We wouldn't stay here again for the price.

We made a mistake choosing this hotel: the word “international” led us to believe it would be better prepared to receive foreign guests, but that was not our experience. That said, the staff’s service was excellent at all times. Although they did not speak English, they consistently made the effort to use translation tools to communicate with us and assist us in the best possible way, which we truly appreciated. The hotel was almost empty. The first breakfast took place in a huge dining area where we were the only guests, which meant the variety was quite limited. There was some Chinese food and a coffee machine, but there were no options commonly expected by international travelers, such as fruit, cereals, yogurt, or bread. That same day, we were informed that the rest of the breakfasts would be delivered directly to our room. The staff made a continuous effort to ensure we felt comfortable with this arrangement, confirming the delivery time with us each day. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, the cleanliness did not match the hotel’s level and price: the carpet had visible stains, and finding a toothpick at the entrance made it clear that cleaning standards were not adequate. In addition, the amount of shampoo and soap provided was extremely limited—again, not consistent with the quality one would expect given the building and overall appearance of the hotel. In summary, we would like to highlight the kindness and dedication of the staff, but we believe the hotel still has important aspects to improve, especially regarding international standards and cleanliness.

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was big, the design very relaxing. The hotel is very close to the singing dunes, perfect for a sunrise visit - and only around RMB 15 away from the town centre making it very well placed.  The staff were incredibly friendly and breakfast was delicious! They also served a fabulous local desert soup in the evenings which we all waited eagerly for after trying on our first night.  Last but not least, the laundry facilities were very helpful and the bathtub of the room really great.  Highly recommend Poman!

我對象説有家的感覺。 從莫高窟回來老闆給切了西瓜🍉人好好哎 房間也不錯，晚上從房間床上看到星星⭐️，白天也有陽光，曬着陽光起來暖活活的，感覺整個人都好了。 服務：前台小姐姐應該是店家的女兒，人可愛又善良有求必應，早餐還去給我們拿雞蛋，早餐樣雖然不多足夠能吃飽啦，比西藏那些民宿強多了。 衞生：是一次性的毛巾浴巾，蠻不錯的，房間也挺寬敞的。 我對象説，如果以後有機會來敦煌，還要來。

รู้สึกเหมือนฝันเลย และประสบการณ์กลางป่าก็สุดยอดมาก! สิ่งแรกที่ประทับใจเมื่อมาพักในป่าคือทิวทัศน์ เนินเขาทะเลทรายนั้นน่าทึ่งมาก ถึงแม้เราจะอยู่เชิงเขา แต่มันก็ยังคงงดงามจับใจ พื้นที่เปิดโล่งยังเหมาะกับการถ่ายรูปอีกด้วย เราได้รับคำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับวิธีถ่ายรูปดวงดาว และยังมีที่วางโทรศัพท์ให้ด้วย ซึ่งยอดเยี่ยมมาก ป.ล. ถ้ามาเที่ยวจากด้านหน้า อย่าลืมขอตะเกียงเทียนจากแม่บ้านหรือเจ้าของที่พัก (พวกเขามีให้ฟรี) บรรยากาศที่นี่เหมาะกับการถ่ายรูปมาก สำหรับมื้ออาหาร เราสั่งบาร์บีคิวจากโรงแรมมาทานที่ระเบียงห้อง (นั่งได้สี่คน ถ้าตัวใหญ่ต้องนั่งทานบนทรายด้านล่าง)
