From the moment we arrived, the staff came out to greet us in such a friendly and welcoming manner. During check-in they added us to a WeChat group and provided lots of useful information to help make our stay enjoyable, including nearby restaurants and local attractions. We could speak enough Chinese to get by, but even if you only speak English it would still be manageable as one of the staff members speaks some English. If needed, using a translation app was never a problem because all of the staff were patient, friendly, and always willing to help. One thing that really stood out was that they disinfected the hot spring right in front of us before use, which was a really nice touch and made us feel reassured that everything was clean. The entire room was spotless, including the sauna room, shower and bathroom. They also provided free TV services for our child, which was great for relaxing in the evening. I went to get some beers from the front desk and they insisted we didn’t need to pay. Later on, there was free BBQ with complimentary food and drinks, which we were not expecting at all. The staff were amazing throughout the stay. They even helped look after our child while we were eating, and brought breakfast directly to our door when requested. Breakfast itself was excellent with a good variety of food. The only small thing was there wasn’t any juice available, but honestly it was such a minor issue that I completely forgot about it afterwards. The 阿姨 was incredibly warm and friendly, just a genuinely lovely person, along with the owners and the rest of the staff. Everyone made us feel truly looked after. This is honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It’s also in a fantastic location — only around a 15-minute walk downhill to a quieter section of the Great Wall, and about a 20-minute taxi ride to Badaling Great Wall. When we left, they gave us dates as a way to say thank you for staying at their hotel and to welcome us back again in the future. I would highly recommend staying here and would happily return again.

Great value for money in terms of what one gets vs what we've paid for -- trendy design hotel, nice, spacious room, there's even a fridge (usually for this price it's not provided), nice lobby, adequate size breakfast area with nice ambience, good service all round. Good design and layout in room with comfortable beds, adequate powerpoints and charging points. I like that the basin area has a huge top so I could put all my toiletries (I've got a lot) Thoughtful little stuff that I like : torchlight-like light by the beside and mugs with rubber base to insulate the heat. The toiletries in the bathroom smell really good too! Breakfast has good variety -- different types of porridge, some steam dumplings, sweet potatoes and corn, etc, rice, different dishes, there's a noodle station where you could customise your noodles to a certain extent, eggs, there's also bread and some sandwiches (ready-made and can DIY too), fruits, milk, juices, coffee, soya bean milk. I feel that the options available is not bad for a hotel of such a level. Actually my booking didn't include breakfast but was advised by the staff (when I check-in) to join the hotel's membership for RMB$99 so that I can get free breakfast. Hotel lobby also serves water and orange juice - another nice touch. Hotel staff's service was very good all round. Offered to help send my luggage up when they saw I had lots of luggage and was alone (some hotels at this level wouldn't volunteer to do so). Was able to answer most of my questions re nearby malls, where to get stuff like fruits, milk, nearby attraction. House-keeping staff was good too. A big thank you to the 2 reception staff that was on night shift on 6 Apr who had helped me out re a delivery mistake made by ******* platform. They even had to look at the CCTV of the hotel to find out what really happened and it took a long while. They were very nice and patient throughout the whole drama. They also helped me speak to the customer service of ******* to try to resolve the problem. When the problem still could not be resolved that night and I was without what I required urgently like the charging cable for my phone, they staff lent me the hotel's. They also gave me a small fruit pack and a pack of milk and bread (complimentary) as I needed it the following morning to bring outdoors for the day. In addition, they had briefed their colleagues on the next shift re my case so that they're aware and could help me should I require more help. Excellent service! Re location, it's a little far off though but it's really near to Beijing Garden Expo Park (北京园博园) and the accompanying Garden Museum (园博园博物馆) . It's a really nice park that's really huge -- that is made up of little models of different style of parks (from Jiangnan to Lingnan to Beijing) It has pavilions, water features and other Chinese architecture and landscaping that usually adorn such traditional parks. Great for photoshoot. Best of all, there're very few people there! There's a small little mall about 700-800m away from the hotel, that has mainly food there with many different types of value for money eateries, coffee, a supermarket and some other shops for daily necessities that local residents need. For a real mall, head to one call 长安天街, that's about 5km away - you can get there quite easily within 10-15mins by Didi (the online platform where you could get a cab I really enjoyed staying here cost it's almost like a resort - a little remote but so quiet and spacious and there's no crowd at all -- very relaxing! I would really want to come back here especially when i want to be in a place where I can feel really relaxed without breaking the bank.

The location is stunning and the room is well-sized for a family, modern and well decorated/ furnished in a luxury style. The gentleman looking after us was friendly, kind and helpful in booking a car, as well quick to respond to questions. The evening meal was delicious and he took us to an interesting restaurant for lunch. Hygiene was a big issue for us. The house was filthy inside and outside and needs to be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected by a professional company. The BBQ area was so dirty it was unusable and we cleaned the outside table 3 times ourselves before using. Floors inside were filthy and only a dirty, old mop used to move the dirt around - no clean, hot water or cleaning materials were used. I threw one of the floor mats outside - these must be replaced and cleaned between guests! This meant I had to use towels on the floor to prevent slipping, which got really dirty. Staff should not wear outdoor shoes inside the property! Cupboards have greasy fingerprints all over them. There were bugs in the shower and in the curtains. I saw hair around the indoor bathtub, but didn’t use it. A thorough clean with soapy, hot water BEFORE guests arrive is required, as it’s below the common standards in China that we’ve observed while traveling (including in some budget hotels). Breakfast was delivered to the property, but it was tiny and plain. We had just come from a budget hotel that had cleaner rooms and a more substantial breakfast provided. The ‘hot springs’ are from a water tank at the back. Showers are okay but would benefit from a water pump to improve the pressure. Beds are fine, if a little on the soft side for us, but that’s a personal preference. Overall, this could be a beautiful, luxury stay, and the gentleman was so helpful and kind. However, it is important that the hygiene and breakfast is improved, especially as the pricing is on the high-end, and so guests will expect more in terms of quality. We won’t return, unfortunately.

ช่วงที่ผ่านมา ฉันได้ไปเที่ยวกำแพงเมืองจีนกับเพื่อนๆ และเลือกพักที่ที่พักสไตล์บูติกดีไซเนอร์แห่งนี้ ซึ่งตั้งอยู่เชิงกำแพงเมืองจีน ประสบการณ์ที่ได้รับนั้นประทับใจสุดๆ ไปเลยค่ะ/ครับ! สไตล์การออกแบบของที่พักนี้โดดเด่นไม่เหมือนใครจริงๆ มีการผสมผสานองค์ประกอบที่ทันสมัยเข้ากับเอกลักษณ์ทางวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นได้อย่างลงตัว ทุกรายละเอียดล้วนสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความตั้งใจและฝีมือของดีไซเนอร์ ห้องพักได้รับการตกแต่งอย่างอบอุ่นและสะดวกสบาย แสงธรรมชาติส่องถึงดีเยี่ยม ที่สำคัญคือนอนอยู่บนเตียงก็สามารถชมวิวทิวทัศน์อันงดงามของกำแพงเมืองจีนได้อย่างเต็มตา บริการที่นี่ก็ใส่ใจดีมาก พนักงานทุกคนมีความกระตือรือร้นและเอาใจใส่เป็นอย่างดี ก่อนการเช็คอินก็ช่วยวางแผนเส้นทางท่องเที่ยวให้เรียบร้อยแล้ว และตลอดช่วงเวลาที่เข้าพักก็คอยดูแลความต้องการของเราอยู่เสมอ ทำให้เรารู้สึกอบอุ่นและประทับใจสุดๆ รอบๆ ที่พักยังมีสถานที่น่าสนใจมากมาย สามารถเดินไปกำแพงเมืองจีนได้เลย ร้านอาหารใกล้ๆ ก็หาง่าย เดินเล่นได้สบายใจมากๆ ประสบการณ์การเข้าพักครั้งนี้ดีงามมากจริงๆ ขอแนะนำอย่างยิ่งสำหรับทุกคน ครั้งหน้าถ้าได้มาเที่ยวกำแพงเมืองจีนอีก ก็จะกลับมาพักที่นี่แน่นอน!

ที่พักดีงามมากเลยค่ะ! อยู่ในโครงการที่ปากทางเข้าแหล่งท่องเที่ยวพอดีเลย พวกเราได้พักอยู่ตึกแถวบนเนินสูงสุด มีระเบียงที่มองเห็นเจดีย์ของแหล่งท่องเที่ยวได้ใกล้ๆ ชัดเจนเลยค่ะ ตอนกลางคืนก็ยังได้ชมการแสดงโดรนด้วย คุณเสี่ยวหวังที่แผนกต้อนรับบริการดีและกระตือรือร้นมาก แถมยังทำงานคล่องแคล่วว่องไวอีกด้วยค่ะ วันรุ่งขึ้นตอนเราเช็คเอาต์ คุณเสี่ยวหวังก็ช่วยประสานงานเรียกรถไปส่งที่ลานจอดรถด้านนอกให้ แถมยังยืนโบกมือลาพวกเราตรงทางแยกอีก เป็นอะไรที่ประทับใจและอบอุ่นใจมาก ๆ เลยค่ะ!

ในที่สุดฉันก็มีความสุขมากที่ได้อยู่ในชุมชนที่ฉันใฝ่ฝัน แต่ฉันก็เสียใจด้วย ประการแรก ฉันเสียใจที่ไปสายเกินไป ฉันอยากไปที่นั่นตั้งแต่ลูกของฉันอายุหนึ่งหรือสองปีแต่ไม่ได้ไป ไปจนเป็นวัยรุ่น อย่างที่สอง เสียดายที่ไปครั้งนี้พักแค่คืนเดียวมาก็รีบไป สิ่งหนึ่งที่บอกได้คือโรงแรมเปิดมาหลายปีแล้ว และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกบางอย่างก็เก่าและไม่ใหม่ ดังนั้นการพักที่นี่จึงค่อนข้างน่าพอใจและไฮไลท์ยังไม่โดดเด่น วิลล่าต่างๆ ที่กระจัดกระจายอยู่ทั้งสองฝั่งของถนนบนภูเขาน่าจะเป็นจุดเด่นที่ใหญ่ที่สุดของชุมชน โดยวิลล่าที่เราพักในครั้งนี้เป็นกระท่อมในป่าที่มี 2 ชั้น โดยแต่ละวิลล่าสามารถรองรับได้ 3 ครอบครัว ( ครอบครัวมาตรฐานที่มีสมาชิก 3 คน) ฮ่า บางทีครอบครัวที่มีลูกสองคนแทบจะไม่สามารถรองรับได้) ห้องมาตรฐาน 1 ห้องพร้อมพื้นที่ส่วนกลางชั้นล่าง และห้องมาตรฐาน 2 ห้องพร้อมพื้นที่พักผ่อนชั้นบน ฉันไม่มีเวลาดูโครงสร้างของวิลล่าประเภทอื่น แต่ฉันอยากอยู่ในวิลล่าทั้งหมดและสัมผัสมันหากมีโอกาสในอนาคต อากาศบนภูเขาดีจริงๆ แมลงส่งเสียงร้องในตอนเย็น และนกร้องในตอนเช้า นอกจากนี้ยังมีดอกไลแลคฤดูใบไม้ผลิ ดอกพีชภูเขา ดอกมะลิฤดูใบไม้ผลิ ดอกแอปริคอท ฯลฯ ทั้งหมดนี้ยอดเยี่ยมมาก ความสวยงามชวนให้มึนเมาแต่เช้าก็ไม่ค่อยได้นอนมากนักเดินขึ้นไปตามถนนบนภูเขาคนเดียวกลางทางก็เจอคนขับรถรับส่งโรงแรมใจดีพาไปส่งคุณปานที่ สุดถนนเขาวิลล่า (เสียดายเห็นแต่ประตู)... อ๊ะ เรียงความเล็กๆ นี้กลายเป็นเรื่องราวที่ดำเนินไปอีกครั้งแล้ว ดังนั้นหยุดเถอะ โดยรวมแล้วมันเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ยอดเยี่ยมและฉันจะกลับไปอีกครั้ง ฉันชอบหญิงสาวที่แผนกต้อนรับที่เป็น ”เพสต์แครอท” เป็นพิเศษ (ขออภัยที่ฉันลืมถามชื่อเธอ) ตั้งแต่วินาทีที่เราจองโรงแรมจนกระทั่งเราจากไปการบริการของเธอก็เอาใจใส่และอบอุ่นใจฉันหวังว่าจะได้พบ เธออีกครั้งในครั้งต่อไปที่ฉันไปที่นั่น

โรงแรมน่ารัก ใหญ่โต และให้ความรู้สึกหรูหรา ห้องพักดี แต่เตียงเล็ก ดูเหมือนจะแปลกที่โรงแรมแบบนี้จะมีเตียงคู่ ในอุดมคติแล้ว เตียงของโรงแรมควรเป็นเตียงคิงไซส์ บริเวณสระว่ายน้ำก็สวยงาม แต่การที่แขกของโรงแรมต้องจ่ายเงินเพื่อเข้าใช้บ่อน้ำพุร้อนนั้นไม่ดีเลย ควรรวมไว้ในการจองห้องพักทุกห้อง ข้อเสียหลักของโรงแรมนี้คือบริการ ซึ่งน่าตกใจมาก เมื่อสั่งเครื่องดื่มและอาหารในบาร์/เลานจ์ ใช้เวลานานกว่าหนึ่งชั่วโมงกว่าจะได้สิ่งที่เราสั่ง และหลังจากนั้นก็มีคำสั่งซื้อหลายรายการที่ไม่ถูกต้อง พนักงานที่นั่นดูเหมือนจะไม่รู้ว่าพวกเขากำลังทำอะไรอยู่ ความกังวลอีกอย่างที่เราสังเกตเห็นคือ เมื่อเราโทรไปที่แผนกต้อนรับจากห้องพักของเรา ไม่มีใครที่แผนกต้อนรับที่สามารถพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ เราจองห้องพักสำหรับ 4 คน แต่ห้องพักจัดไว้สำหรับ 2 คนเท่านั้น ดังนั้นเมื่อเราขอผ้าขนหนู หมอน และขวดน้ำเพิ่ม สิ่งของเหล่านั้นถูกส่งมาที่ห้องของเราแต่ถูกโยนทิ้งไว้เป็นกองใกล้ประตู ดูเหมือนจะไม่ค่อยถูกต้องนักและไม่ใช่สิ่งที่เราคาดหวังจากโรงแรมระดับนี้

.Had a great time here with my family. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the Great Wall gate — and the peaceful countryside setting makes it feel far away from the city. Inside, the hotel is modern and luxurious, with comfortable rooms and good food. The terrace is absolutely stunning, overlooking the mountains and the Great Wall — the highlight of the stay. Outside, the building and grounds could use a bit of upkeep, as some areas feel old and weathered. It would also be nice to have coffee in the rooms and a small shop selling snacks and drinks for guests. Overall, a wonderful stay in a beautiful setting.

แนะนำเป็นอย่างยิ่ง!!! ตอนที่เลือกห้องพัก ใช้เวลานานมาก เพราะไม่ชอบการตกแต่งของที่อื่น ๆ สุดท้ายก็รู้สึกว่าตัวเองเลือกที่พักได้ดีมากจริง ๆ ฮ่า ๆ ๆ ~ พูดง่าย ๆ คือ คุ้มค่าเงินมาก สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องครบครัน มีตู้เย็น เตาแม่เหล็กไฟฟ้า อ่างล้างจาน และอื่น ๆ อีกมากมาย เหมือนว่าน้ำจากอ่างล้างจานด้านนอกดื่มได้ด้วยใช่ไหม? ห้องพักเหมาะสำหรับการเช่าระยะยาว ห้องน้ำแยกส่วนเปียกแห้ง เครื่องนอนก็สะอาดมาก ถ้าอยู่ชั้นสูง ๆ วิวจะสวยมากจริง ๆ ด้านล่างมีสถานีชาร์จไฟด้วย เจ้าของที่พักมีร้านอาหารให้ทานข้าวด้วย ด้านนอกโครงการมีร้านอาหาร + ร้านสะดวกซื้อ + ศูนย์บริการนักท่องเที่ยวเมืองโบราณกู่เป่ย~ ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือน้ำแรงดันน้อยไปหน่อยหรือไม่คงที่ แต่โดยรวมแล้วก็ถือว่าดีมากแล้ว~ ขอให้เจ้าของกิจการเจริญรุ่งเรืองยิ่ง ๆ ขึ้นไป~
