This is a good hotel to stay in Santiago, great location, clean/prompt room service, fairly new facilities. But not yet living to the claim of ”the best” hotel in Santiago from my experience. I travelled with my family of 2 seniors, 2 adults and one 2yo toddler. I booked two rooms for two nights - delux king with view (1110) and club level king (1704). After check in, the experience is flawless: prompt room service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and modern facility. Not to mention the views! However, pre/post check-in experience needs some polishing and made my experience imperfect: - staff did not help at all when we arrived: no one helped us at all when we arrived in a uber (black) with 2 big luggage and a crying toddler at the hotel door. there is a bellboy holding someone elses' luggage and a security-looking guy in black suit standing there near our car. But no other guests they needed to attend to. They both just stared us from when we get out of our car, trying to grab the toddler that's running around crying, getting two big luggages from the trunk until half way into the revolving door. No one opened/held the car door, or even asked if we needed any help, they just stood there staring at us for the whole period! (maybe we were underdressed for the best hotel?) I almost thought their job was not to help guests out of their cars but apparently not the case with other guests. - check out took so long and no special consideration for guests in a rush:They made a mistake in my final bill so I had to go through the line and talk to someone instead of dropping off the keys. even though I mentioned I have a flight to catch I still had to stay in the queue with other guests that are checking in. I was delayed by a good 20 minutes.... there was a long line but only 3/4 counters were used though there are plenty of staff. Everything else was perfect. But being one of the most expensive hotels in Santiago I certainly expect a better experience with the above two points.

The hotel is lovely and the staff are amazing. Everyone was very warm and welcoming and very helpful. The perfect place to stay in Santiago.

房間挺大，早餐很棒，停車場免費，停車很方便，前台會講英語，有健身房，附近餐館很多，相對治安好。但是房間裏的水衹有兩瓶，而且是無論住幾天都衹有第一天兩瓶，後面是不附贈的。

The hotel is nice and well located in an area close to many restaurants about 10 minutes walking distance. Nice terrace on the top floor, rooms are clean, new and practical. Lacking a Bluetooth radio in my opinion. The gym is good, but you need to bring your own water as they don’t have there. They have water to refill your bottle if you need. Breakfast is good, and standard. Overall very good stay.

เราพักที่นี่สามคืนกันสี่คน ที่พักตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่เงียบสงบ ห่างจากเมืองอาตาคามาประมาณ 10 นาทีโดยรถยนต์ คุณหาที่พักไม่เจอแน่ๆ ถ้าเจ้าของที่พักไม่บอกทางให้ เราได้รับการต้อนรับจากสุนัขและแมวน่ารัก สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสะอาดมากและใช้งานง่าย มีอุปกรณ์ทำครัวขั้นพื้นฐานครบครัน ถ้ามีไมโครเวฟด้วยก็จะสมบูรณ์แบบ เจ้าของที่พักดูเหมือนจะอาศัยอยู่ในบริเวณเดียวกัน แต่ไม่มีการรบกวนมากเกินไป และความเป็นส่วนตัวของเราก็ได้รับการดูแล เมื่อเราถามถึงวิธีการทิ้งขยะหรือขอถุงขยะเพิ่มผ่าน WhatsApp พวกเขาก็ตอบกลับทันที เราได้สร้างความทรงจำที่ยอดเยี่ยมกับลูกๆ ของเรา

Great spot around the corner from Metro Universidad Católica. Plenty of places to eat, drink and be merry in close by too. Staff friendly and keen to share tips and recommendations. All in all, a great place to stay in Santiago!

It is a nice and clean hotel. We are very impressed with the clean and the comfort and it’s in good location very convenient to go to shopping center and have a nice restaurants around. It’s highly recommend to stay in this hotel.

Old hotel. Some of the amenities need an updating. Rooms are spacious but acoustics is very bad. You can hear everything going on in the hallway, sometimes too early in the morning.

此次入住，屬於商務旅行，住了一晚上，樓層比較高，很安靜。在智利的東區（富人區），環境很好，在聖地亞哥最繁華的奢侈品商場邊上，交通便利，周圍各種名品，商場，超市，夜店🪩，牛排館，各國風味美食…唯一感覺欠缺的是酒店設施有點老舊，床有點偏軟，但是整體感覺還是不錯的，早餐也很豐富，各種麪包，酸奶，水果，咖啡☕️總的來説還是很滿意這次旅行🧳入住

สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวก : มีสระว่ายน้ําและฟิตเนส ภายในห้องมีเครื่องซักผ้าพร้อมฟังก์ชั่นการอบผ้า บริการ : มีบริการทําความสะอาดและเปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวทุกวัน เปลี่ยนผ้าปูที่นอนทุกๆ 3 วัน สิ่งแวดล้อม : ช้อปปิ้ง เดินทางสะดวก มีสวนสาธารณะเล็กๆ ใกล้ๆ
