Bed had a lot of random hairs and stains, didn’t feel clean at all. Room was just overall uncomfortable.

The workers that worked both the pm/am shift were all so kind and helpful and had great customer service. My son and I enjoyed the breakfast that was offered.

The hotel didn’t have water for my entire stay. Couldn’t shower, flush the toilet, etc. There was also no coffee and very limited breakfast items due to the lack of water. The cable also went out and didnt really work. The room was also freezing! Feels like they keep the heaters off on vacant rooms, which could have led to the pipe bursting. The staff were all super nice and the room was relatively clean.

Room was spacious, clean and beds very comfortable. Also breakfast for all the family with variety of choices. Excellent for family stay.

The Comfort Inn is one of the few lodging accommodations in ****, CA. It is very conveniently located close to Hwy 5. The reception people are very nice and the included breakfast has lots of selections of good quality. Our room was comfortable and just fine for our one night stay. Being so close to the highway, you do hear the traffic noise. Dining options are better in Mt. Shasta, but there is a Starbucks and a McDonalds very close to the hotel.
