We were very pleased with our stay at the SOHO hotel in Auckland before our trip to Brisbane last week. The location was great, being a short taxi trip to the airport and we left our car there undercover. The staff were amazing and made us very welcome, clearly happy to be working in a new hotel. Our room was very generous in size and included a large balcony. The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows. We had dinner and the menu was great, the flavours were amazing which we had heard from friends who live locally. Very happy to recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel, comfortable beds, spacious room, quiet. All very clean, but also a new hotel so everything felt fresh and new. Location was great for us especially being by the highway. Car park was expensive but plenty of street parking outside.

A lovely room & the balcony was a bonus. All staff were professional, friendly & helpful. Comfortable beds & our request for single beds was catered for as requested. Plenty of fresh linen available if neede. Love the generous amount of beautiful toiletries. Wonderful cafe on the doorstep - great coffee and very friendly barista. Great parking & conference facilities look excellent too. Hope to return some day :)

Amazing experience overall. Soft beds, clean bathroom and room, excellent room service. Very convenient location as well. Recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodation in that area. Definitely a better option than a lot of same area hotels. Thank you!

Loved the entrance, the walking on water flooring into the lifts, amazing light fittings and touches of brass throughout. Thoughtful touches, amenities and friendly service and the best breakfast in a long time, cooked to perfection. Highly recommend as a little jewel in Mt Roskill.

I happened upon the Soho Auckland trying to book a last minute trip to auckland for business. Having stayed at Hotels both near the airport and in the city this one was perfect for me as a base point as I was going in a different direction every day. Very convenient access to the motorway off ramp. My colleagues commented on the motorway view - which for me was a plus because all i had to do was look at the traffic to gauge when to hit the road. Staff were in top form as it was their first week open. Room was nice and shiny and new....Food was great. Minimal bar at the time but i expect it to improve once the opening teething is over. For me, i will definitely be back again.

It was a great experience, the staff were very friendly, it was a new luxury hotel in Auckland, most importantly the reception was open 24 hours. The place to stay is not far from the cbd. The rooms are modern and the interior design is excellent. I'll go back again.

Well presented in the main entry and bar area. Staff very friendly and welcoming, especially in the dining and bar area. Food was delicious and well priced too. Would highly recommend eating in their restaurant. However, the premises was not ready, gym and spa area as it is a brand new premises.
