Mold in the shower below bottom hinge
Toilet door (pocket door) hard to open and noisy
Mattress worn out poor small pillows
Low water pressure less hot water
Very noisy
Less than adequate towels and very small towels for an average person
Morning desk person sitting on a lobby couch said if I did not need a bill I could leave and finally
When checking one on. The support staff had her young children running around unsupervised in the lobby as she waddled around pregnant with at lest her fourth child

Hotel was clean and quiet. It was difficult to find at night no sign visible from the road. It was a pleasant place and I would recommend this place

I requested a queen bed. And was told there were only rooms with 2 doubles. Very disappointing as we are both over 6’.

Hotel has been updated and room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast is usual hotel waffle, cereal, sausage etc. Staff friendly

the location was extremely convenient to go to the historic Charleston downtown and close to Sullivan beach & Isle of Palms.
the breakfast was so bad that we went to the close by diner to eat.

Nice property especially for the price. Tiniest bathroom ever w a small walk-in shower but it was ok with me… Quiet area in a good location. Will stay again when I’m in area..

This is an excellent hotel except for room 225!!! I guess this room is over the hotel’s laundry room and when the washing machines start spinning, room 225 starts shaking like an earthquake! I literally thought I was having a panic attack with how my body was shaking in the bed!!! That killed my experience, but I’ve stayed here many times before but never in room 225!!!
