旅館衹有幾間客房，房間比較小，衞生間也小。打掃得挺乾淨，該有的基本設施都有。除了辦理入住，平常見不到工作人員，辦理入住時比較熱情，介紹得很詳細。地理位置還不錯，在進城和去機場的中途，吃飯、購物都比較方便。

The hotel is not fancy but it is clean and comfortable. It is a bit tricky to find if you are not familiar with the City but we got there in the end. There is adequate car parking available. It is within walking distance of Dominion Road which is full of eateries and lots of ethnic restaurants. It is right across the road from the stadium but there was nothing on when we stayed here so it was very quiet. This is a very economical place to stay in Auckland.

This place was a good stay for us. The place is a little bit tired and could use a bit of touch up but it was very clean, had everything we needed and I really appreciated the kitchenette and how it was well put together. It was a little bit tricky to find but we got there. Check in was very friendly and helpful. Being close to Dominion Rd and all that is there is really great. We were very happy with the accommodation.

Fantastic. We showed up at short notice, quite late, and received a very friendly welcome. After having a stressful experience at the venue we were supposed to be staying, it was lovely to be welcomed in to a clean, prepared, welcoming space. Clean room, great location, handy parking options lovely staff.

VERY convenient location for the Eden Park event that we were attending. Free onsite parking and WiFi. Manager was very friendly and helpful, letting us know where to buy groceries, dine etc (all very close walking distance.) potentially noisy with Eden Park on one side and railway station on the other but it was not a problem for us. Property is a little tired but clean. The kitchenette was handy to have with a microwave and small fridge with a little freezer compar**ent.

Older property, but clean and comfortable and right next to Stadium and bus/train. Owner’s communication is top notch and even held our bags for the day for us to explore after check out. Office hours very, so let them know when arriving or departing. Physical keys given and returned. Our room had a small sink and forks and knives. Shower was spacious.

I stayed here for three weeks of my month's trip. That must tell you something! The owner and manager, Ichiro Iwasaki were amazing,friendly,polite, and helpful Clean, warm and secure. It's a Motel. 25 metres from metro and buses 🚌. 25 metres from Eden Park. Close to eating facilities in Kingsland. No food catering but fridge,crockery, kettle for your personal use, etc (tea/coffee/chocolate sachets provided) I will return as I was pleased with it overall 😊.
