Hola! Estuve hace un par de días con mi pareja que fuimos a Madrid para celebrar nuestro aniversario y a sido la peor experiencia de mi vida. En los colchones se ve que tienen una plaga de chinches, el trato que nos dieron horrible, todo sucio, y para colmo nos echaron 1 hora antes del checkout con la excusa que tenían que limpiar cuando fuimos a quejarnos que teníamos el cuerpo lleno de picaduras. Hemos ido al médico y nos han dicho que nos han comido vivos los chinches y que eso era del colchón donde habíamos dormido.

Desgraciadamente no me han respetado la reserva y han dejado a mis operarios sin habitación. He facilitado todos los datos de mi empresa para la gestión de reserva y la señora de recepción cuando estaban allí les han comunicado que habían anulado la reserva porque faltaba un número de teléfono . Ciertamente insuperable
