The NH Alcorcón hotel is in a prime location near to the historic center of Alcorcón and the offices of some large national and international businesses. The Parque Oeste Shopping Center is an 8-minute walk from the hotel and Madrid city center, the Royal Palace and the Museo Nacional del Prado are only 30 minutes away on the Metro. Each of the welcoming 102 guest rooms offers contemporary features such as free Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs, minibars, and sitting areas. A fresh breakfast buffet is served every morning and early bird breakfasts and made-to-order hot dishes are available upon request. The Nhube Restaurant is our resident dining venue and serves delicious Mediterranean cuisine for dinner from Monday to Thursday. Delicious hot and cold snacks and beverages can be purchased at any time of night and day from our self-service Open Bar. NH Alcorcón has five meeting rooms which hold a maximum of 220 people. With advance notice, we can organize a menu or other business and event services such as audiovisual. Our gym is free to hotel guests and has cardio machines along with a sauna and complimentary towel service. El personal de recepción un tanto desagradable. No te dejan hacer el check in ni un minuto antes de las 15.00h alegando que tienen todas las habitaciones ocupadas y siendo un tanto ariscos en la contestación (se preguntó a la 13.40h cuando la habitación se tiene que dejar a las 12.00h). Con un tema de facturación tampoco me supieron contestar de la forma adecuada.

basic, the most 2-3 star hotel. Very uncomfortable beds, dark and outdated rooms. Poor AC and air quality in the rooms.

Modern hotel with underground parking. Lovely staff, all very friendly and helpful. Good location next to shopping centre and restaurants. Hanging space in room wasn't all that great and bath/shower difficult to get into due to glass protector unable to fold due to the sink. Running a bath therefore, was a bit of a mission. Could have been better designed. Bed was comfortable. No rooms with balcony though.

The NH hotel is very comfortable and excellent location for the access in Madrid center. All staff were very caring and welcoming professionals. The breakfast is very complete and varied tasteful, thank you.

It was a disappointing stay, considering the price. It was a really hot weekend in Madrid and our mini-fridge in the room didn’t work, so we told the staff at reception and they said that someone would take a look at it while we went out during the next day. However, after we returned to the hotel and asked at reception if they had done anything, the man at reception was very rude and said that we hadn’t asked anything, all while the colleague we had spoken to was standing right next to him listening and saying nothing. He spoke in a completely condescending tone and it was a very unpleasant way to speak to two guests who were just asking something. They were really unhelpful and it felt like they didn’t particularly want to do anything to help us.
Furthermore, the room was not particularly clean and the beds weren’t great. For the price, you’d expect more than two singles beds pushed together. I wouldn’t come back to this hotel.

Well located for me as I had to walk to xtreme Madrid. And since I needed a PCR test, I could also do it in walking distance.

I'm not one for leaving reviews, but I feel compelled to highlight the good service and good experience I had with this hotel. We like staying at NH Alcorcon hotel and the NH chain, as they offer a service above and beyond, and the staff always happy to help when we stay. This hotel is very well positioned to head to several areas of interest in Madrid. But this hotel is an especially charming hotel and very nice staff and also very clean.
