1. Room was very disappointing as compared to photos shown and rates offered. 2. ⁠Deluxe room with swimming pool view, actual balcony has access from two rooms and no privacy. 3. ⁠Room did not have drinking water, no supplies for tea / coffee. 4. ⁠Bathroom had ***y issues - door does not lock from inside, only one soap & moisturiser though 2 persons staying, no napkin for wash basin, toilet seat does not remain in upright position, shower faucet stuck in shower mode, can’t be changed to tap mode. 5. ⁠Even the cup kept for tea / coffee was cracked, asked for replacement which did not come. 6. ⁠electric kettle cable chord too short to connect to plug. 7. ⁠swimming pool not cleaned and dirty, so could not use. 8. ⁠breakfast was pathetic, absolutely no options. Only Misal pav, Upma and cutlet. No fresh fruits. Positives : 1. Location is very good. 2. ⁠staff are very courteous 3. Restaurant is good, ordered food was all good. Overall for price of almost Rs.10K per day, not at all value for money. I would be happy with this property if the cost was Rs.2500 per day, not more than that.

Worst hotel. Staff is rude and need trying on how to talk to guest. Room does not have basic facility like wardrobe or chair. Also water was not available in morning. After ***y calls to reception we got water for bathroom. Food is tasteless, rooms are very small. There is nothing good about hotel. Waste of money. I will never suggest this hotel to anyone.

Lovely Location.. So nice Resort in Alibag.. Room was excellent. Food was so nice and tested.. Staff was so co-operation and helpful.. Resort around Nice Beach Nagav Beach and Alibag beach for family vacation..We recommend everyone please come and fill some great experience... Special thanks Vishal ***ager in Resort..

Hospitality of the hotel staff is excellent. Very courteous and warm welcome by the team. Good and clean rooms. Beautiful swimming pool and ambience. The resort is well located on the main road and it is in the centre of Alibag. It's in close proximity to the beaches. A must visit once again.
