This is the first time the rm smelled clean and didnt see but one roach. Had refrigerator but it didn't work and tv kept turning off.

The room had roaches walking around like they owned the property. I couldn’t stay there. I booked another hotel and just ate the cost of this one.

Room didn’t have any hot water, tv had no remote control. Neither air or heating worked. I asked to be placed in another room and person at the the front desk told me no I would have to book a room for 2 nights again

This place is roach infested, there are stains on sheets and the lamps, and the customer service is horrible!

The hotel room was not clean upon arrival. Front desk staff was very rude and not helpful. ROACHES!!! ROACHES!! ROACHES!!! EVERYWHERE even in the microwave and refrigerator. A couple crawled on me and my son.

So we arrived on the 2nd Nov. Had to wait 25-30 min before someone show up for check in .. we got room 204 and smell so bad cigarettes... Heat didn't work . No remote for TV.. room was full of cockroaches. They changed the room after complaining to 206 and was the same .. bc of the big event all the hotels in the area were full so had to stay in this messy place .. every night had to go to the lobby bc the key wasn't working. I am sending an email to get a refund bc this is not a safe place .. and not even talking about bedbugs 😵😵😵. We slept with earplugs and no TV and no heat ... hope ******* or the location will refund me my money ...
Don't go to this place .. you will experience a bad stay

The guy is nice an smart but the woman african was disrespectful raising voice, talking about client in there face in her language an english but i understood all of it so rude in her language. Great hotwater .
