This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had! I booked a supposedly guaranteed parking space for my mobile home, expecting a proper lot. Instead, we were greeted by a muddy field masquerading as a parking space! Paying nearly 200 euros for a night that should've cost 25 euros is outrageous. We got stuck in the mud, and their "helpline" offered nothing but robotic apologies before abandoning us. We had to call a crane to get out the next day, with zero support from the company. If they advertise parking, they need to make sure it's usable. Otherwise, don't offer the service at all! I demand a full refund for the unusable space, the inflated cost, and the crane service needed due to their negligence. Avoid this company at all costs!

We booked on *********** a cabin for 1 night. After the booking they confronted us with a lot of extra costs. From 9000 SEK the total went up to 22.000 SEK!! After several complaints they changed it to a hotelroom, so we 'only' had to pay 200 SEK extra. Also the restaurant was closed, although according to their website it should have been open. The room wasn't really clean and it's a bit outdated. The breakfast was okay and the guy at check-in was kind.

The hotel is located in the park of Mora. It's nice park to have a morning walk. Friendly staff, very good breakfast, big parking place, big room but small bathroom or you can say that the construction of the interior was not good. When you're awake and need to use to the toilette, put your head on the washbasin, close your eyes and you can sleep there further. When you use GPS, it is probably you would be navigated to the camping area. It is better to go to the main entrance and that would be on "Oxbergsvägen" road.

We stayed one ńight in the room and then two nights in the cabin - no compliants. Everything was OK including nice breakfast. Cleanliness of the room and cabin was absolutely fine, camps location is quiet place surrounded by a lots of water it takes three minutes to get to the city center by car;-)

We stayed in a very small room with curtains and furniture that smelled of old smoke. Almost not possible for 2 people to sit down at once, and we were a family of 3. Dirty bathroom. Loud, banging corridor main door, that made it impossible to relax and go to sleep when wanted. Very disapointed, and deeply regreted booking 3 nights here.

The park was nice, a little over priced maby. The bowling alley was nice, bistro should have a canvas roof or simmulare for rainy days, the beach was only nice in some spots as it was somewhat overgrown, allot of dog poop and trash. The volleyball posts should have nets, we just used ropes instead. Facilitys where very clean at alll times, but not modern. Overall nice park with loads of activities. Nice camp grounds, we went by caravan, but i saw both tents and motorhomes. Easy check in and out. Nice location. Nice scenery around the town. Humble staff, but at the bistro we had a long wait to order. Should have more tables with chairs instead of park benches in the bistro.

I recommend staying here, good service with good cleanes and everything was up to part. And the food was lovely. The kids entertanment was good, short way to Mora City and its shopping street. Just ideal four families.

Jättebra för längdskidåkning bara att gå ut i spåret. Vi bodde på hotellet och har bott i stuga tidigare. Frukosten toppen och rummet utmärkt. Det finns kaffe och ett kylskåp i gemensamhetsutrymmet om man vill fika lite på kvällen. Restaurangen vid campingen kan man hoppa över, ät inne i Mora på Heim istället. Vi kommer tillbaka!
