A dreary hotel at an extortionate price - normal for Mora apparently. It reminds me of Kilkenny in Ireland - a place which takes its tourist business for granted, exempting it from basic courtesies towards guests (not to mention any sign of investment over the last 30 years). Restaurant? Closed on Sundays … Sauna? Closed on Sundays … Swimming pool? Open … but too cold to swim in. Common area of the hotel? Closed at 20:00 … when all staff disappear. I felt relieved not to be locked in our room. Please do spare yourself and your family the experience of staying here. In fact, just avoid Mora if at all possible, there are many perfectly nice places in middle Sweden.

The hotel was fine without being spectacular. I would stay again. There seemed to be some kind of function going on and there was minimal staff on behind the reception/bar. I was kept waiting for ten minutes or so - which doesn't create a good first impression. Breakfast was OK and typical to this part of the world.

Fully OK place to stay for a few nights while visiting Mora. Rooms got a bit warm and breakfast was OK but below Swedish standard. Staff very friendly.

It was nice. The gym was not mentioned at ********** which was a bit inconvenient but I had my active wear with me anyway so it was fine. A bit of a simple hotel but nice.

Stannade en natt på väg norrut.
Trevligt bemötande i receptionen av personal som trots att de höll på att stänga tog sig tid med att välkomna oss.
