Ce voyage été une catastrophe car on arrivant il n y avait personne à l’accueil et le responsable de l’accueil a mal parlé avec mon mari car on est allé le chercher chez lui parce que on avait pas une autre solution à part passer la nuit dans la rue et le lendemain on descend pareil il n’y avait personne à l’accueil et la piscine était fermée la télévision qui ne fonctionne pas et l’absence totale de personnel le numéro d’urgence qui décroche jamais franchement j’ai passé le pire week-end de ma vie

This was my 2nd stay. The property is shabby and run down. There are laundry facilities with broken machines, inoperative vending machines and a surly and unpleasant part-time reception staff who diminished the quality of this stay. I rebooked based upon a much better previous experience. The lock to my room door broke and I was forced to stay in all day and wait for someone to repair it. Reception refused to change my room and said "what do you expect me to do about it!!??". The property is in desperate need of renovation and a kinder, more pleasant reception staff. At least the maintenance man was nice and helpful! Montpellier is a lovely city but I will stay elsewhere next visit!

A Nice hotel. You can easily walk to the city and the area is lovely. The pool area was good. Rooms were fine and clean. Overall we were happy with our stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I thought the accommodation offered good value for money. The studio was clean, kitchenette was well equipped, shower was good and loved the little balcony overlooking the pool - unfortunately closed for most of my stay due to a fault which was disappointing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The residence was about a 15 minute walk from the city centre and the station. Also only about 10 minutes from the bus to the airport at Place de L’Europe.

Résidence très médiocre. Salle de bain vieillotte, baie vitrée qui ne se ferme pas... décoration très simple. Petit déjeuner à partir de 7h30 et la porte s'ouvre à 7h35, rien n'est prêt... les petits pain et les croissants (congelés) n'étaient donc pas passés au four, plus de jus de fruits... la personne qui gère a ses écouteurs dans les oreilles. Mauvaise expérience... plus jamais ça !!!

Rien à redire, appartement très propre et fonctionnel, bien équipé. La résidence est bien située, elle dispose de places de parking privées. Seul bémol signalé à la réception : nous avions demandé à pouvoir rentrer dans l'appartement vers 14h00 le jour de notre arrivée, ce qui nous avait été autorisé dans un premier temps mais personne n'était là pour nous accueillir et pas de clef dans le coffre, heureusement trouvées ensuite vers 19h30 lors de notre retour
