When we were arriving, we didn’t have navigation so it was wonderful to see the big sign from the road. Check in is also 24hrs which really helped us as we were arriving late. The room had everything we needed and included 3 power points under the table lamps. It would’ve been nice to have brighter lights as it was a bit dim but the lamps helped to focus the lighting. All the staff and housekeeping were friendly but I wished the front desk had more knowledge for overseas travellers.
It’s also conveniently located near a shopping area. We got our traveller eSIM cards from the nearby AT&T store. I didn’t get to use the amenities.

I loved my stay. I liked how you guys had a restaurant to order which means professional cooks which I can guarantee is an excellent choice of eating style. I also enjoyed the fact that you guys had dove hand soap, body wash and dove since I have come to realize the regular bar soap isn't effective in gathering soap and things for bathing. I really liked the customer representative in the front who checks you in.

The place was clean. But the bathroom in my room (esp the shower) has seen better days.
I could not find the "do not disturb" sign to hang outside of my door. So, the maiden came to clean everyday, unnecessarily.

Very noisy doors slammed all night. Could not sleep at all. Informed hotel staff provided credit of 20.00

Staff was friendly, but hotel was a dump. Found a mouse trap behind my bed, showed management and they refunded my money, but that shouldn't have even been an experience i had to encounter. That was after I had asked to be moved from the floor I was on because of a sewage smell that permiated the entire floor.

Our room had evidence that smoking had happened. Called for another room. Happened pretty quickly as it was after 9 pm...found a 'roach' in a drawer by the bed, not the insect! The new room was fine though the coffee machine did not work. The location was perfect for what we needed and checkin and checkout was seamless.
