Tenuta Montemagno Relais & Wines

A Hidden GEM in the heart of Piedmont’s rolling countryside dotted with hilltop villages. The hotel is beautifully designed, well furnished, and comes with plenty of amenities. The service staff was EXCEPTIONAL, and MANY thanks to Luca for all his suggestions on local churches, villages and restaurants to visit…it made our 2-day visit a welcome respite with A+ things to do. I would also highly recommend doing the wine tasting. The winery is overflowing with a great variety of Piedmont’s finest wines; who knew Piedmont had anything great other than Barolo. Definitely worth a visit!!!!

One of the most beautiful properties my wife and I have ever stayed at, and we have traveled all over the world. It is a wonderful place to relax.

Stayed here for my wife’s birthday while we were heading from Milan to the south of France for holiday. Very welcoming staff to a stunning residence which has been converted for the hotel and winery. The wine produced here is excellent and tasting a few different wines is a must. The attention to detail and the quality of service was superb. The suites are excellent and offer all the amenities you require. Sitting on the terrace with a nice glass of wine looking out over the vineyards and surrounding countryside is perfection. Surrounded in silence and tranquility.

Second time we have visited here. Absolutely love it. Gorgeous spot, lovely hotel with all amenities. Excellent restaurant featuring excellent wines from the surrounding vineyard. Staff really friendly. We will come back again and again.

We had lunch. The A/C wasn't on. It was 40 degrees outside. We were sweating the whole time of the lunch. It was unbearable. The lunch menu was average. The wine was okay. The best part was the appertivo.

Come diceva il Direttore"Benvenuti in questo angolo di paradiso". Ed è proprio così. Posizionato sulle prime colline c'è una visione a 360°della vallata. In lontananza si vede il Monviso e a due passi il borgo di Montemagno con il suo Castello. Il sienzio regna sovrano. Sala pranzo super con vista sulla piscina. Arredamento rustico elegante con volte e interni con mattoni a vista. Musica jazz in sottofondo. Piatti ottimi con prodotti di qualità e a km.zero come le.nocciole. Personale di sala gentile, disponibile e preparato. Ovviamente i prezzi sono oltre la media, ma rispecchiano il servizio offerto da un Boutique Hotel. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio a chi ama come me e mio marito il settore enogastronomico.

In quanto sorella e testimone della sposa, ho trovato per caso (curiosando su internet) questa tenuta e l'ho scelta come meta per l'addio al nubilato perché mi ispirava tantissimo già solo dal loro sito...bene, dopo esserci stata insieme alla futura sposa e ad altre 7 amiche (il 9 luglio 2023) posso solo dire che le nostre aspettative sono state di gran lunga superate! Ci siamo sentite coccolate come non mai fin dal nostro arrivo la mattina (che posto mozzafiato...un vero paradiso)...ad accoglierci abbiamo trovato la signora Stefania la quale con grande cortesia e disponibilità ci ha mostrato la tenuta, fatto fare una visita nella cantina, spiegato con molta cura i processi di vinificazione e infine accompagnate al nostro successivo momento relax della giornata, la degustazione! Ad attenderci c'era il mitico Luca, al quale è doveroso rivolgere il nostro più sentito grazie per essere stato molto professionale (sin dalla richiesta di prenotazione mesi prima) ma allo stesso tempo decisamente complice di qualche momento scherzoso ai "danni" della futura sposa...TOP! Dopo la meravigliosa degustazione, ci hanno consegnato le chiavi delle stanze messe a nostra disposizione in day-use per tutto il pomeriggio (stanze curatissime, dotate di tutti i comfort e con una vista mozzafiato sulle vigne e colline)...passo successivo: il pranzo...e che pranzo! Qui un doveroso plauso allo chef Vento e a tutto il gentilissimo staff di sala attento ad ogni nostra minima esigenza...dopo esserci inebriate di ottimo cibo, ottimo vino e vista pazzesca da quelle superbe e gigantesche vetrate, ecco che, messo costume ed infradito, i nostri 9 comodissimi lettini erano già stati preparati per noi fanciulle a bordo piscina...VIP! Un pomeriggio di vero e assoluto relax in quella piscina a sfioro vista colline dalla quale non saremmo mai volute uscire...l'unica ad uscire per un'oretta è stata la sposa perché le avevamo regalato un massaggio relax nella bellissima suite-spa della tenuta che è stato decisamente apprezzato! E infine, sul calar del sole, un grazie va anche al Direttore Daniele Caltagirone che ha permesso a tutte noi di vivere quella giornata così intensa facendoci sentire come a casa. Ci torneremo sicuramente per altre occasioni!! Grazieeeee
