An amazing place to stay. Attentive customer representatives, the place was immaculate, clean, and family friendly. The entertainment and entertainment host was top tier. I enjoyed how he got the crowd involved and let those be who didn’t want to participate in other activities. Actually, he was the highlight of my stay there. The food…ohhh the food. Great variety of Jamaican cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. That Ackee tho… I could eat that every day…
I definitely plan to come back and stay…

This place is old and needs a complete renovation. My room was changed to one worse than what I had. There was dirt on the floor as you entered the room and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and the tub was disgusting.

Arrived at 3 but was told that the room wasn’t ready. Returned at 6:30. The room was still not ready. Very disappointed. It’s a nice place but if there’s no room for prepaid guests, there’s no point. Skip this one.

Some of the staff was rude , I didn’t have a properly working tv and I reported these things to the staff and no one seemed to care, haven’t received my deposit back which the condition of the resort I don’t think it required one.

The only thing we really liked was the views of the ocean. Half the rooms aren’t renovated and we got stuck with a dirty dingy old carpeted gross room that was extremely loud. We had to make a huge ordeal just to get a new room that was sub par as well. The water wouldn’t stay one temp and half the lights were broke. The staff wasn’t the pleasant at all and were lazy. The food wasn’t that good and for it being all inclusive they were out of so much stuff and it was hard to even get a bottle of water. Half the trip the bathrooms were broke and wouldn’t flush. Their was lots of cross contamination going on as well with touching raw meat to getting vegetables to never changing gloves then bare touching stuff after they finally took them off. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We had no hot water to shower for our entire stay,i think the management knew of the problem but keep making excuses that they are fixing it.Some of the bar tenders demand that you give them a tip for your drinks by their gesture each time you get one.We generally had a great time.
