I had an amazing vacation at S hotel. The service was top notch! I had issues with the bathroom upon checking in, and the assistant GM immediately upgraded my room and added free massages to compensate for the inconvenience. The food was delicious and the overall a**osphere was warm and welcoming. If you’re a sunset lover, then you’re in for a treat! I will definitely be returning.

We were on a family vacation. Took three requests to get our room cleaned on day. On one occasion when we complained about it the lady at the front desk proceeded to pick her nose and look at her finger! When my son entered his room for the first time, he got wet paint on his clothes! They had just painted the room! They did clean his clothing, but come on. There was an entire day that his room was never cleaned As big as the rooms Are there are no dressers or places to put your clothing. We lived out of our suitcases. There were minimal free activities. And NO complimentary shuttle back and forth to the airport (which is only @5 miles away)

We loved this resort. It is the perfect size. Everything is within a quick walking distance. The staff was very professional and friendly, the place was immaculate and the service was great. We loved the decor,which was casual chic. The pool was perfect. The beach was beautiful with crystal clear aquamarine water, and the staff set up chairs for us daily when they learned we loved to sit on the beach.
One of our best vacations.

The S Hotel was a great choice for our first experience in Jamaica. We wanted to begin our trip with a bit of luxury and relaxation and we were successful. A very clean, well managed complex. A quiet boutique hotel that offered various options. Also very close to night life on the Hip ***** which you could experience in a few minutes walk. The food was amazing, one of the best buffets I have experienced. Bars had a good selection of liquor options. Extremely clean, well staffed, with all amenities close and accessible. The check in was smooth, and we were attended to immediately The desk staff were friendly and informative. We chose a basic room, which worked for us as we were not in it often. For those who use their rooms more, I recommend an ocean view or suite. I was happy that the hotel was as described, and met our expectations. I would return for another stay for certain, Hasta Luego, El Toro Loco
