First they don’t tell you in the ad that there are about 30 or so steps to get into the hotel, second there is no store, restaurant, vending machines, or any kind of amenities remotely near this place. In order to go into town to get food, sightsee, water, you have to wait for the 1 and only bus that comes once an hour to take you into town. I had 2 elderly people with me that could not in a million years make it up those stairs to go to dinner or sight see etc. we got there and I asked for a refund understanding that we would literally be stranded there. They refused. The owner or manager was not even there to check us in, it was a neighbor and his interpreter who just let us in. No check in desk nobody . Besides the stairs, we felt a little apprehensive being there alone with no management there. I had to book another place . I just couldn’t stay there. They are cots not beds, sit had two waffle irons and coffee cups. No kitchen that I saw. This place is just a stop over to another place. DO NOT STAY HERE !!!Manager was not understanding at all. It is not honest with the description.

Amazing place. We had such an incredible time there. The host were very welcoming and we felt like home. Location wise it was also superb. The view that this place offers is one of the best in the whole area. Can’t really wait to go again and truly recommend this place.

This was one of the best hotels and services of our latest trip to Italy. Also the food was amazing and the staff did everything I could imagine. The views were very beautiful and our daughter loved the pool.

La camera era un sottotetto . Altezza max 175cm . L’aria condizionata non funzionava e ci hanno preso in giro dicendo che l avrebbero riparata .Rientrati alle 23 la camera era un forno e siamo andati via. Negligenza totale del personale . Sconsigliatissimo.

Hotel situato in ottima location ma da rimodernare un bel po'. Alcune camere molto piccole .. Servizo pessimo a partire dall accoglienza. Poco personale direi inesistente. All arrivo nessuno alla reception. Cena davvero Improponibile. la camera non è stata rassettata una volta su tre. Particolare da non sottovalutare e non considerato nemmeno al momento del conto. Buona la colazione Piscina sicuramente il pezzo forte, ma ho dovuto aprire l.imbrellome da solo. Nessun tipo di servizio piscina. Peccato!! ll potenziale ci sarebbe ma di un 4 stelle ha solo il conto!!! la vedo molto molto molto dura.!!!

Sono stata in questa bellissima struttura lo scorso anno con il mio fidanzato.dalla colazione alla cena veramente tutto buono e di qualità! Gentilissimo lo staff e con la navetta riuscivamo a raggiungere tranquillamente la spiaggia altrettanto curata! Mare wow!! Il bar della spiaggia offriva sfiziosi aperitivi e buonissimi pranzi. Consigliatissima!!

Buongiorno, Sono stata all hotel hermitage con la mia famiglia a settembre 2023. Avevo una prenotazione iniziale dal 5 al 9 settembre che ho chiesto di spostare causa covid e mi è stato gentilmente spostata al 14 settembre. Arrivati all hotel che dimostra un 4 stelle si dimostra totalmente diverso dalle aspettative, stanza orrenda non rimodernata dagli anni 50 almeno, bar esposto sui social chiuso, pieno di vespe, cameriere che litigano in sala alzando la voce. Note piacevoli: colazione, paesaggio e piscina. Tramite email ci è stato fatto un preventivo 4 notti 520, 00 euro. Arrivata in camera trovo i prezzi esposti a botte pari a 100 euro massimo. Arrivati al pagamento mostro le mie perplessità e mi dicono che non c'è alcun modo, che il prezzo esposto è un errore e che non c'era alcun direttore o referente con il quale parlare. Il wifi non era funzionante nelle camere e la TV non aveva linea nonostante la sincronizzazione

Ottima location con bella vista sulle colline del cilento e uno scorcio sul golfo di castellabate. Ventilato e caldo, l'ideale per una giornata o due al mare
