There wasn't any cold water in the shower. And there wasn't any hot water in the bathroom sink nor kitchen sink. We were already settled so didnt want to move or complain- figured they wouldnt have anything else available since when requesting more pillows they said they didn't have any more due to being sold out. Also very very weird creepy lady was lurking the hall on our floor on our stay. She stood by her door pulled out her phone as if recording us as we walked out/in our room.

The receptionist is at the front desk in the morning is very, very, very rude… my room key got erased and open my room.. I walked up and kindly said, hey good morning, my room key got erased and it’s like the third time in two days and its getting a little frustrating… I was not awful or loud, or anything like that..
And she has audacity to interrupt me in the middle of speaking, and telling me to calm down when I couldn’t have been more calm… Lady is very, very rude

For the most part it was a decent hotel. Breakfast is more of a snack bar. We liked the little kitchen and the beds were honestly comfy. Bring your own shower gels. I rate the hotel a 3 if you’re looking for a quick one night stay to sleep well.

The hallway floors reek and it's as if a rat died in there. Although I found a cigarette in one of the drawers, the room is decent. However, based on my experience, this has been the nastiest America Stay.

The room was nice and comfortable and clean but the outside 4th floor corridor smelt very unpleasant constantly.

I discovered bed bugs in my bed and have to wait for the manager to come in to get a refund. No written documents could be given to me. Only a post-it note left for the manager. Totally unacceptable and the worker did not apologize or seemed to be concerned.

The staff was nice. The property was not what would be expected from a hotel. There was no hot water for 3 days and we were told that there were a lot of people staying there, so it was expected. The outlets in the bathroom did not work. The person at front desk said that they would have it looked at - That never happened. To get new towels we were required to bring dirty towels down to front desk. Very disappointed and will never stay there again. Not sure about the Extended Stay brand.

Customer services is awful, they dont even say hello hyd ... One day my rom key wasn't open my room , the lady there at the front desk dont even say good evening neither so rude, and the employees no even say good morning so serious not friendly at all , need to focus a little bit more on Customer service . But at least the room was very nice and clean .

The only thing positive about this property was its location and the parking.
They have mentioned ‘ breakfast included’ but the breakfast only had granula bars,muffins and coffee(Is it a breakfast).
The bathroom had cockroaches.
The reception staff was rude.
