Ich war mit meinem Mann und seinen Eltern für eine Nacht in dem Hotel. Der Check In war schon irgendwie seltsam, da die Dame am Empfang gar nicht mit uns sprach. Sie klickte eine ganze Weile auf ihrem Computer rum und hat dann den zu zahlenden Preis einfach nur auf einen Zettel geschrieben. Impf- bzw. Genesennachweise wurden nicht kontrolliert. Auch sonst gab es keine Infos zum Frühstück oder zum Checkout am nächsten Tag. Alle Infos zum Frühstück etc. haben wir dann der Online-Gästemappe entnommen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis des Frühstück war in Ordnung. Frühstückszeit war offiziell bis 10.00h, um 09.30h fing die Dame leider schon wortlos an das Buffett abzuräumen. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und waren sauber. Das WLAN war problemlos nutzbar. Das erste Zimmer meiner Schwiegereltern hatte bodentiefe Fenster zur Straße raus und keine Vorhänge/Jalousie, außerdem Schimmel an der Decke. Sie konnten auf Nachfrage jedoch ohne Probleme umziehen. Alles in allem ein schönes, gut gelegenes, kleines Hotel mit leider mangelhaftem Service.

I have stayed in this hotel quite a number of times and consistently the quality of my stay has been high. This time was no exception. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and the bathroom were spotless and had everything I needed. The WiFi was complimentary and worked really well. The signal was strong and stable. There was one thing that I'd like to see changed though. You need to register every day, but the login process is confusing. After you've agreed to the terms and conditions and clicked on the button to get the free WiFi, another window pops up and it wants to know things from you. This is however not needed to sign up for the WiFi and seems to be purely for marketing purposes. By clicking on the right link, you can skip it. The room was not all that large, but the space was definitely adequate. There was more than enough space for my clothes and other things. The water boiler plus complimentary tea and coffee was convenient, just as the very large safety deposit box that easily fit my 15” laptop, plus other belongings. The work desk was small and especially with a regular chair, not suitable to work at for a longer period of time. The TV was small and had a limited set of channels, but that was not so relevant for me. A detail, but really useful, is that there are sufficient power outlets and at the right place. This makes it very easy to charge your devices. The bathroom was on the small side, but fully functional and the water pressure from the showerhead was more than sufficient. Only minor thing that I've noticed in the past too, is that it requires some engineering creativity to keep the showerhead in the right position. This should definitely be improved. It is annoying and unnecessary. Last, but not at all least, was the breakfast buffet. I really enjoyed it. This is mostly a continental style buffet, but with an amazing amount of choices, including various types of fresh and very tasty breads, yoghurts, fruits, cheeses, juices, cereal, etc. This is a great example to other hotels how to serve a healthy, yet delicious breakfast.

โรงแรมที่ดีในทําเลใจกลางเมืองที่ดี ห้องของเรากว้างขวางแม้ว่าจะค่อนข้างอบอุ่น (ไม่มีแอร์) สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกในห้องอาบน้ําก็โอเค แต่พื้นที่ห้องน้ําแคบมาก ผ้าปูที่นอนไม่สะอาด 100% บริการที่แผนกต้อนรับเป็นกันเองมาก อาหารเช้าแสนอร่อยตัวเลือกมากมายไข่เจียวหรือไข่ดาวตามสั่งและอับดุลลาฮ์บริการที่ยอดเยี่ยม ไม่มีที่จอดรถคุณต้องดูแลในโรงจอดรถ ยุ่งมาก ในบริเวณใกล้เคียง

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในการเดินเท้าไปยังสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวต่างๆ ใน Aachen อยู่ริมเมืองเก่า คู่โอเปอเรเตอร์ดีมากให้ความช่วยเหลือตลอด มีอาหารเช้าที่ดีไม่ทิ้งความปรารถนาใดๆ ไว้เปิด 2016 เป็นช่วงปรับปรุงนิวเคลียร์ ราคา- เทียบประสิทธิภาพดีมาก สตาร์คแนะนํา !

หาอะไรไม่ชอบเลยสําหรับโรงแรมนี้หรือทําเลที่ตั้งที่น่าเบื่อเพราะทําเล ความสะอาด หรือพนักงาน ความจริงอาหารเช้าก็ไกลเหนือกว่า ใดๆ แฮมตันที่บ้าน (ในสหรัฐอเมริกา) ถึงจะตลก ตัวเลือกหลากหลายมาก ห้องพักใหญ่มาก เงียบสงบ และสะอาดมาก (นึกถึงพื้นห้องปูกระเบื้องห้องน้ํา ตู้เสื้อผ้า !) เสียดายเค้า(โชคร้าย) ยอมรับการปฏิบัติของอเมริกาที่ใช้โควิดเพื่อตัดค่าใช้จ่าย เห็นได้ชัดว่าไม่มีแม่บ้านทําความสะอาดในวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์เค้าเลยเอารถเข็นออกมาพร้อมของใช้ เอาผมพักเลย เตาผิง ersatz ที่ lobby โง่ๆ และประตูห้องน้ําบานเลื่อนที่ยุโรป Hamptons รําคาญกันอยู่เรื่อยๆ แต่โดยรวมแล้วเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เหนือกว่ามากๆ
