Wonderfully convenient with very efficient helpful staff and nice breakfast -gym could benefit from a makeover

AC was not working, no way to get food unless it’s breakfast which was good
Front desk lady was friendly and breakfast staff was perfect
Apart from that, shower had left overs from the previous guest and as said AC was not cooling

We stayed at this hotel for three weeks pending our departure from Belgium. We stayed in a room with a small kitchen area and fridge. This made our stay easier given the length of stay. Comfortable bed, which is key for us. Kind and helpful staff. We had an issue with maintenance early on which they fixed right away. Walkable to downtown. Parking but very narrow entrance. Some street parking available.

It was very comfortable and clean
we stopped here on the way back to the UK from the Belgian GP so it was a quick overnight stay
the staff were very helpful and polite
the room was very comfortable and well equipped
l would recommend it

finally arrived at the hotel. reception very friendly and helpful.
the rooms are a little dated and probably could do with a freshen up TBH.
Excellent location for walking to town centre where all the bars and restaurants are.
Bonus of a sauna and jacuzzi which we didn't expect.
overall good value for money

Clean and comfortable, if fairly basic, hotel with friendly reception. The location is on the periphery of the centre and - unusually for Belgium - there are no good cafés or restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but Mons is a fairly small city and it is barely 10 minutes' walk (or a 2-minute bus ride) up the Rue de Nimy to the Grand'-Place.

We had bad accommodation.
1.Rooms without aircontitions.
2.The room is not clean. (the bathroom had used soap in the shower, from the visitors before.)
3. The second day none find the soap
4. None refill the café, that we use the first day. I asking to the reception and they said I am sorry it's our fault.
5. None clean the waste that we have a day before.
And.....?
Is a 4* hotel and that is not acceptable.
