It was easy to get to. The breakfast was ok the lady taking care of the breakfast area was not friendly at all.

The air conditioning system wasn’t functioning at its best. It took hours for the room to be cold despite being on a high cool setting.

Incredibly bad; noisy, dirty, poorly managed. Boom cars circling parking lot. Bad plumbing; inoperative HVAC. Very disappointing...

Staff was excellent, room very large. It was just small things - remote didn’t work on tv and front desk was just busy tone, bathroom door didn’t shut, tub didn’t drain. You could hear water pipes ( I’m a light sleeper )
But it was clean, continental breakfast was good and there was food for me ( I’m gluten free )

I had a not so good experience at first but the woman at the front desk did everything to make sure I had an enjoyable experience. She was very accommodating and gave me full attention to make everything better!

Front desk was rude from the beginning, door didnt lock on the first room we were put in, heater was broken in the second room we were put in, and saw some sketchy people hanging out at the hotel at all hours of the night. Our bathroom had a horrible smell and place needs a huge remodel! Initially it didnt look too dirty to stay but found out that nothing was truly clean after having to touch things.

It was ok. Our toilet in room 124 was stopped up. The family above us was irritating because at 12 am they started jumping up and down and disturbing my kids and I’s sleep as well as my peace in quiet in the morning like 8-10am they we back to jumping and playing loudly.

No one was available at the check in desk and it took 10 minutes before I could find anyone to check me in.
