The room lighting was terrible and then the front desk charge my card 3 times making my account messed up, then I was never told there would be a 100.00 deposit until I arrived at location. When I went to check out and talk to front desk about charges she wasn’t very nice and acted like it was to much to try and help me . I still don’t have this issues resolved

The best part of the hotel was D, the clerk who checked us in and out. Was under the impression the hotel was knew. There was no hot water at the vanity. Exposed electrical outlets. Lobby area was very nice. Location was great.

Young lady lied and told me there were no more keys! "Then lied and told her management, and said she didn't!" Don't know what type of scheming or scamming she had going on! Took an hour or two while driving trying to getting the situation resolved! "Very unprofessional!" Good I have a good long standard relationship with ******* with Thousands of dollars spent time after time on individual trips! - and my communication skills have always been superior - and I'm honest!

Front desk staff very efficient and professional which was greatly appreciated after a long trip. Extremely clean and bed was so comfy. The surrounding area looked sketchy. However, when I went to my car in the dark the next morning there appeared to be security in the parking lot.

Amazing property! Everything is new and beautiful. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had- great variety and the lady working the breakfast room was so attentive. Love the anytime coffee with hot cocoa and fancy coffees! I’m super picky about my bedding and especially the pillows and these were so wonderful I wanted to buy them. I will be staying here all the time when I visit my daughter in college.
