Todo estuve muy bien, el único problema es que cuando llegamos no hubo luz por unas 3 horas y para entrar a las habitaciones teníamos que regresar a recepción, por otro lado todo muy limpio, muy bien trato y la comida deliciosa

Property needs some upgrades , towels are terrible old and scratchy dingyThere are a lot of things they don’t let u know like a welcome drink from the bar has many exceptions so when I went to order I could not use them! There’s no list of prices on things that are in your room that you have to purchase bathroom has broken tiles and towel rack , water in tub fills up when u take a shower , shampoo dispenser not working right, Two light on side of bed did not work no one ever came to check, safe in room was not bolted down to wall and did not work several times while we were always going out and had to wait for someone to fix it it even has a big crack in it.

This property was very clean and safe. The breakfast was good. We were not even given 1 water for our room. The waters they provided were expensive. As VIP I think a water should be provided

I did not like the fact that the restaurant/bar was not available to guests after 6PM due to a nightly dinner/floor show which cost $50 per person

Well located property but not well maintained, furniture, linen and towels are old, very clean but need replacement. Doors and floors need maintenance as well.

customer service,was A1, also breakfast included was a plus, as peruvian and international, options were available, bar lounge outdoor was nice to host people in case you need it. to mention that transportation service on the hotel was super.
