Minori Palace

A nice hotel in a good location. Our room was a good size, we also had a small balcony which over looked a courtyard area. This was very entertaining when the neighbours started having an argument. The fridge in the room was not cold. Most of the staff were friendly, a couple were abrupt to the point of rudeness. Breakfast was average, they seemed overwhelmed. No toast, the granola was too big for the dispenser, cake was slightly stale and the coffee was average. The foyer is a lovely spot to sit and read.

This hotel is clean, comfortable and central to ferries, small supermarket and two doors away a laundromat. A number of people in our group had trouble with noise at all hours of the day and night - scrapping chairs, heavy footsteps and high heeled shoes from the B and B apartments above the hotel.

The hotel’s decor was lovely, the room was spacious for a solo traveler, and cleaned every day with fresh linen, the staff were friendly and very helpful, they arranged a driver to take me to Pompeii and also nearby Ravello. Breakfast was very good, in a beautiful room setting. Minori palace and Minori itself was a great base to explore the Almalfi region.

Shower cubicle door smashed into very small pieces and mum and baby were hurt, paramedics arrived after 45 minutes bandaged cuts and blood all over the floor. Baby is 18 months and had cuts on arm head and hair. Mother had cuts to hand and leg. The sliding shower cubicle is a death trap. Mother and baby were asked to go to another smaller room. We asked the hotel manager, Luigi Di Lieto, for a refund for our stay to cover for shock and experience and he got very angry and accused the mother of not using the shower cubicle adequately. We will now take legal action and alert others to this issue which can happen to anyone. They say they they check the glass in each room but in another family members room, their mirror has a large crack on it. Do not come here if you have kids.

Very poor conditions in the room. Our bathroom completely wreaked to the point that we couldn’t even walk in there to go to the toilet without holding our breathe. We let reception know and nothing happened. The aircon is pretty much non existent in our room. We both slept on top of the covers and woke up sweating, actually 4 of the 5 night stay we didn’t sleep because we were so hot and had to wet face washers and lay them on us. We couldn’t wait for our 5 nights to be up !

Spent our honeymoon on the Amalfi coast and based ourselves in Minori at the Minori Palace. The hotel was nice, lovely comfy beds, decent shower, clean and tidy in fact all we wanted from a hotel room. Decent breakfast and the evening meals looked great quality though we didn’t partake. The hotel is very convenient for bars and restaurants and the ferry terminal is literally a ten minute walk away. Would recommend

Stayed just one night before transfer to Naples airport, approx. 1.5 hours away. Room was very comfortable with a small balcony overlooking town of Minori. Easy walking distance to restaurants and the beach for pictures of the sea and boats. Hotel staff very helpful. Nice breakfast with eggs on order. Hotel offers service to airport for additional fee. I didn't need to use it as the tour company provided transfer. Nice shower. Looks like rooms were recently updated.

nice starting point for visiting amalfi coast. maiori is a small town but can be a suitable base for visiting the entire coast; clean and spacious rooms; good breakfast and the personal serving was trying their best to please everyone; smooth parking options; good options for dinner as well; stylish lobby

Pre booking the hotel from overseas was easy with the hotel direct, Arrival by car was simple and we parked out the front to unload our suitcases there was no-one manning the arrival area and no porters, so keep an eye on all your bags and stuff. Check in was fine, car is then parked by the hotel staff and costs EUR 18 per day. Room was great, clean and a decent size. Bathroom was a bit smaller than we were used to and the in-room safe, towels and pillows need a bit of an upgrade. Breakfast was included and it was excellent, get there early as it can get busy, front desk staff were very helpful with excursions and trip enquiries. Did not use any other facilities as we were out and about all day. Location of the hotel was great and felt very safe, will return....
