Premier Inn Milton Keynes Central (Avebury Boulevard)

Jacquie was very happy and helpful when we arrived to book in and told us everything we needed to know for are stay. Room was very clean and tidy and everything to a very good standard. We always like to stay at a premier inn and you know what you are getting.

The hotel itself was great but the parking is absolutely terrible. There isn’t enough free spaces available and in the morning there’s a mad rush to live your car to not get a ticket. I was unable to move my car to a free space so had to park in the permit bay as there is physically no where else to park. Ended up getting a £35 ticket for 30minutes. Would not recommend this hotel if you are arriving via car for more than 1 nights stay.

Best premier inn we’ve stayed at to date. Nice clean hotel. Very modern. Bar and block was great with a fab deal for guests and great value food for kids. Breakfast had choice of poached egg which we’ve never had at premier inn. Didn’t catch the name of the girl who served our table of 8 but she was great as was Lisa at breakfast

Having been a regular here for 2 years I was amazed to be treated like a criminal by the relatively new bar manager! Firstly, I’m served short measures of red wine because the bottle ran out and he couldn’t be bothered to get another bottle from the cellar. I challenged him and he reluctantly went and got a bottle and topped up the glasses. Half hour later went to the bar, waited 10 mins as no one behind bar, so went into restaurant, only to see Manager just playing on his phone - I asked him who was serving, basically called me a liar saying there were people behind bar (real attitude problem). Then called my colleague a liar too as he backed up what I was saying! Then refused as any more drinks and shouted this across a bar with other people present. This guy has major issues and shouldn’t be employed by Premier Inn. Asked for his bosses name, wouldn’t give it 🤷‍♂️. Shame because all other staff are great, just ruined by a Manager who has major issues with life. Even the other staff were rolling there eyes about him but for me, never again. The most appauling customer service I have ever experienced. Spoke to other customers and all said he was just full of his own ego. Shocking Prem Inn employ someone like this to ruin an otherwise good place. Avoid!!

Lovely clean tidy hotel. All staff on site was very friendly and helpful. Reception open 24 hours .will definitely come again restaurant was also good with a lovely breakfast but could do with more staff on especially when busy. But overall very good

Room nice and clean there is everything what you need. Bed was very comfortable. Sleep like baby Coffee and tea is available in reception No issues at all. Happy to stay this premier inn again There is no car parking but teams can tell you exactly where to best to park your car. Thank you everyone

As usual for Premier Inns, the room was comfortable and clean and the reception staff helpful. My second night was disturbed at 1am by noisy neighbours in the next room, but that is not the fault of the hotel.

If you are visiting this hotel please bare in mind you will most likely not get a parking space, there is approximately 10 parking spaces which are free and then the rest are permit parking, some your able to park in for small free but only at certain times and there is no other available parking close to hotel. Wouldn’t stay here just for this reason, hotel cost was cheap but I think this is to factor in a possible fine for parking in permit bay.

Great location, very quiet, spotless room, comfy bed, and overall wonderful experience. If I'm in the area again, I'm definitely coming back, no doubt. The breakfast was also lovely, and the best chef. So positive, attentive, and phenomenal service.
