Drove here and arrived at 14:30, paid for an hour in the car park in front and went to reception. A man (no hair, thick beard) said it was too early to check-in, and I asked if he could check my booking and leave the bags. He said it was ok and I could just leave my bags and I will get a tag, so once that got arranged went for lunch. After that, had to top up parking (until 6) and headed at 15:20 to the hotel. To my surprise, on my return, both kiosks not working (bad preparation), and there were over 15 people waiting in line for one poor gentleman trying to check us all in on a single computer. 30 minutes go by and it's finally my turn.. I'm at the wrong hotel! There are 2 within 5 minutes drive. All of this could have been avoided if the first person I met would have checked my booking. Time lost, now I need to pay for parking at the new location again and frustrated. It was something so simple. Do better in the future, I beg you please...
