Great place and wonderful staff. I would have given it a 5 star except our room was on the street side and you could hear traffic all night as if the windows were open.
I highly recommend the hotel but urge you to request a room on the back side.

Overall, the hotel is clean, safe and the staff is wonderful; the breakfast is not good. The only fruit available was banana and that was also not adequately stocked. Oatmeal was instant and not freshly cooked. There was no scrambled egg, just 2 different types of very cheesy omelett. There are no potatoes and no nuts for oatmeal.
The elevator has a very strong odor in it amd you smell it the moment you step into it.

Our room was very clean. The bathroom was great with a nice walk in shower. Breakfast was included and it was good. We would stay again.

Or stay was great. Staff and services were good as well. We’ve never had a bad experience at a Holiday Inn Express. We actually prefer them over other chains

I liked everything but the beds. Very poor mattresses. Switched rooms for better bed, actually an upgrade, but it was a poor mattress too.
Good service, nice rooms, nice breakfast.

For handicapped the facility itself is great, but sidewalk and getting around easily in surrounding area you need to be creative and careful

The customer service staff is very good, the room is clean and large, the bed is comfortable, and the hot water in the shower is very comfortable. I will recommend it to my friends.

Clean and spacious room. For some reason there was a constant hum or buzz. Either coming from pipes behind the wall of Room 301, or just outside noise overall.

My friend told me that Holiday Inns have the best beds and I was skeptical, but she was right. The bed and bedding were super comfortable. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast had a great selection. The people at the desk were friendly. A great experience.
