Travelodge Pembroke Dock

The travelodge at Pembroke docks was in a reasonable good site and the service was good, but it does advertise as you walk in that the wifi is FREE but you only get 30 minutes then you have to pay, this is cheaper if I use my own data from my supplier (which I did), if the wifi is not free it should advertise so. Other than this, I would give it a 4 out of 10.

Noise from electronics. Everything was dated, bathroom smelt of damp. Thin walls, uncomfortable bed. If I had a choice would not stay again. Although it is cheap

We stay here regularly as we travel over on the ferry from Ireland this time we were here for a funeral which was not so pleasant but made easier because of the wonderful staff and how they look after us each time we stay the hotel is in need of some modernisation but it's spotlessly clean and has everything you need Julie you have a great team thank you

We stayed here while we were at Oakwood park. The hotel is so well located for this and it’s a lovely Hotel with so much character. The staff were all amazing. The room Was spotlessly clean and the hote had a high amount of car parking spaces. The website advertise a breakfast to go. But we chose to go to the local Asda. I’d reccomend this hotel

It served a purpose,as an early morning stop,from the Irish Ferry Docks,at 1.00am in the morning. Reception was well manned.The Whole building inside and our could do with a complete maintenance programme

We arrived at 01:30hrs having travelled on a ferry from Ireland, so were very tired and understanding of other guests who may have been sleeping. When we entered room 113, the smell of damp hit us immediately, not wanting to make as fuss and very tired. We thought it may have been that the heating had not been on, so we tried to go to sleep. Sadly, after an interrupted nights sleep from the smell, we both woke with a headache, and the smell was even more pungent. We looked around the room and noticed spores between the exterior wall and ceiling, as though it had been cleaned in the past. The bathroom extractor also seemed not to be working (unless it was silent), which would explain the conditions you expected us to endure. We checked out and complained about our stay to Kerry the Supervisor, who said she would issue a refund voucher. I don't expect to have to review accommodation under these circumstances as we both feel unwell a day after our stay at Travelodge. Clearly room 113 didn't suddenly become damp, and as it has been cleaned before, someone should have noticed the odour and faulty fan. Disgusting stay.

No breakfast facilities apart from a cardboard box package that was not acceptable and we had to drive to an adjacent town for breakfast.

This was our second stop over within our 4 day trip in Pembrokeshire. We stayed at a Travelodge the first night, and again on our second. The hotel is located next to an Lidl and Asda, which was perfect as we went to grab some bits in the morning. Friendly people and reception staff. We booked ourselves 2 rooms and was given the room upstairs and hidden in a corner, which was great for our dog. Super friendly hotel. Car parking can be an issue if you're arriving late in the evening, but we managed to find a parking spot at the front.

I often stay overnight here while on business in the area. The rooms are always clean and have all the facilities you need. Why pay extra at other hotels for stuff that you don't use? The employees that I have dealt with are friendly and helpful.
