Good hotel opposite the port for the ferry to the Aeolian Islands. Parking available. Close to nice restaurants. Comfy room. Many items at breakfast were not available and the staff is hardly speaking English. This caused dome issues but overall a great stay.

We just needed to stay one night because we wanted a place to rent a car and start our trip to Sicily. If we would have known how nice the place was and how cute the town is, we would have probably stayed a little longer. Modern, clean, and a wonderful staff. The breakfast on the top floor was really nice and the view was amazing. It was quiet and the price was really good but we were there off season. Like I said, my only regret is not staying longer. On another trip to Sicily, we would consider making this place a home base.

The location is very agreeable with a view over the harbour. Right on the doorstep of the ferry to the islands. Very clean, service was great. Why can't every experience be as good as this! Breakfast outside on the terrace was good too.

Great hotel...very helpful staff, and friendly. Spotlessly clean, and good quality bed. Tasty breakfast served in lovely terrace, with outdoor area. Superb location for the port and the town. Highly recommended.

Very nice clean convenient apar**ent. We were there just over night before catching the ferry and it was perfect for us.

Inform travelers about parking situation ahead of time.

Cet "hôtel-boutique"récent cumule de nombreux avantages : - emplacement idéal, à proximité immédiate du port et du départ des bus ; - un petit nombre de chambres en étage élevé, comme l'indique son nom (étages 5 et 6) ; - des chambres à la fois bien décorées, bien équipées, fonctionnelles et si certaines ne sont pas très grandes, la salle d'eau est vaste ; des balcons-terrasses pour chaque chambre ; certaines ont la vue sur le port, d'autres non ; - l'accueil de Gloria est à la fois sympathique et professionnel ; à noter, une vraie innovation : plus de clé ou de carte pour accéder à la chambre, mais un seul code qui permet d'entrer dans le bâtiment, l'ascenseur et la chambre ; - les petits-déjeuners se prennent au dernier étage, avec une vue panoramique ; il offre un bon choix, la jeune femme qui le gère est attentive aux demandes des clients ; nous y avons mangé les meilleurs croissants de notre séjour en Sicile. Très bon rapport qualité-prix, eu égard à la qualité du produit.

PREMESSA. Questo era il nostro viaggio premio di pensionamento dopo 43 anni di lavoro, per cui avevamo programmato questo viaggio di 40 giorni in cui dovevamo stare da faraoni. ( almeno lo speravamo, visto le cifre). Mio marito aveva adocchiato questa struttura 6 mesi prima, aveva prenotato la SUITE DIAMANTE( la più bella con un panorama splendido) , gli era stata data la conferma della prenotazione per ben 2 volte in cui aveva telefonato per informazioni di vario genere. BENISSIMO...TUTTO O.K..COL CAVOLO...Partiamo da Bologna tutti contenti, arriviamo a Milazzo alle 12,40 e..SORPRESONA!!!! La nostra suite Diamante non era disponibile perchè era stata data a una sposa...Mi sembra giusto che la Direzione, senza avvisare il cliente ,peraltro, si prenda la libertà di spostare a suo piacimento i clienti come birilli, tanto non protestano. Se mi avessero avvisto solo 12 ore prima avrei cambiato hotel.ma col cavolo che avvisano..Perdono il cliente..In più la receptionist ci dice che "non c'è problema ,il giorno dopo la stanza era libera.." Mi sono sentita presa per il cu....Avevamo 60 kg di valige, zaini,borse.. Stavamo a Milazzo 3 giorni..Ma per favore....Eravamo stanchi morti, eravamo svegli dalle 3,30 della mattina, vabbè, vediamo la "suite" assegnataci( bontà loro). Questi "signori" non hanno idea di cosa siano le regole dell'hotellerie..La suite si compone di 2 ambienti, la stanza era piccola, 1 solo ambiente, un climatizzatore che bisognava regolare a 16 gradi solo per respirare..Questo significa una cosa sola.Il climatizzatore è sicuramente sottodimensionato, anche se le dimensione della suite erano ridicole, quindi per rinfrescare deve lavorare al massimo della potenza con un consumo e uno spreco di energia pazzesco. Un altra ipotesi è che fosse talmente sporco che non riusciva lavorare.Non abbiamo indagato, andavamo via dopo 72 ore. Per fortuna. Una altra regola dell'hotellerie è che in una struttura di alto profilo come si fregia questo b e b ,è che ci devono essere 4 cuscini, tutti diversi. Addio..Non parliamo del letto ,ci siamo messi a ridere..I materassi sono alti, e le lenzuola non riescono a coprire il materasso..aahahahah!!!!SENZA PAROLE.. IN UNA SUITE...MA PER FAVIORE!!!Il Vogliamo parlare del topper?? Meglio di no,non sanno neanche che cos'è...Panorama dalla camera..Suite al primo piano, mi prendete in giro?? La suite da me prenotata al sesta piano si, ma c'era la sposa...Io mi sono spostata 39 anni fa, sono arrivata tardi..Colazione decente, nulla di che, trattandosi di un b e b di alto profilo.. Viene servita in un bel terrazzino, con tavoli bellissimi. Però una spremuta di arancia in Sicilia che te la fanno pagare 3 euro ..non capisco. All'atto del saldo mi aspettavo delle scuse, almeno il gesto, visto il trattamento da barboni che ci hanno riservato, invece niente..IMPERTURBABILI..Tra l'altro durante il soggiorno avevamo consonato 9 spremute di arancia che si erano dimenticati di mettere in conto.
