雖然和國內的柏悦相比客房面積很小，但在米蘭酒店算很寬敞了。公共區比較歐式的設計，客房相對現代簡潔，更衣室和洗手間合在一起的不太方便。服務周到，早餐還不錯。

갑자기 일정이 바뀌어 하루 먼저 밀라노를 떠나게 되었으나 투숙일 2일 전이라 예약 부분취소가 불가능했다. 호텔에 사정을 얘기하니 프런트데스크 매니저님이 방도 업그레이드 해 주고 체크아웃 시간도 연장해 주었으며 세심하게 배려해 주었습니다. 이 리뷰를 통해 매니저님에게 다시 한 번 감사의 인사를 전하고 싶습니다. 인근 Mandarin Oriental Hotel이나 Four Season's Hotel에도 투숙한 적이 있지만 호텔 위치나 방, 서비스 등 모든 면에서 Park Hyatt Milan이 가장 좋았습니다. 감사합니다.

酒店位於大教堂旁，位置絕佳，房間很舒適，非常乾淨，格局很合理也較為寬敞，浴缸淋浴都有，超級推薦！房間沒有提供免費的瓶裝水，這個得吐槽一下。

Everything about this stay was wonderful, from start to finish. I found the hotel to be exemplified by refined luxury, meaning it has everything required to be considered a true luxury hotel, but it did not feel stuffy and seems like a place that a family can enjoy as much as my wife and I did as a couple without kids. From check-in with Julia, to housekeeping and meals at The Cupola, everything was superb. I felt truly valued as a Globalist and appreciate that my SUA was applied and found the Park Junior Suite to be among the nicest rooms we've ever stayed in. I also appreciated the birthday treat of dessert and a bottle of Prosecco. In an unobtrusive way, all of our needs were anticipated. Beyond the service, there really isn't a better location in Milan, with the hotel being adjacent to the Galleria and only a few steps from the Duomo. Thank you for making everything perfect!

This might be my favorite hotel experience - the hotel is beautiful, the service excellent, the spa alone is worth staying here for, and the bar is excellent. The bathroom may be the highlight of the room - but every part of the room is thoughtfully designed. We ordered martinis nightly to our room (which came so promptly) and the perfect setting to enjoy them was the little seating area seemingly designed for just that. Our go to in Milan - Can’t wait to come back again.

Hotel location is beyond fabulous! You walk out the door and you are in the heart of Milan. The doormen are excellent! Rooms were very nice with beautiful finishings. Room was quiet and air conditioning worked well. Gym and spa were very nice.

Perfect location and excellent staff! We loved the breakfast each day and the proximity to shopping districts, restaurants and the Duomo. It was quiet and friendly! This time of year is always uncrowded and so pleasant. Every day was a new adventure.

The check-in experience at the Park Hyatt Milan was smooth, and the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city. However, my wife and I were most excited about using the bathtub, but unfortunately, it wouldn’t seal properly, making it impossible to fill. When we called the front desk to report the issue, the response was disappointing. They gave us a slight attitude and implied that the water was meant to drain, which didn’t make sense. We expected a better response and resolution from a hotel of this caliber. While the rest of our stay was enjoyable, this issue and how it was handled left a bit of a sour note.

The Park Hyatt Milan provided my wife and I with such a wonderful stay. Perfectly located within the City Center we could not ask for better hospitality. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and relaxed with the environment this hotel provides it's guest. The staff definitely went above and beyond to make sure that we enjoyed every aspect of the hotel. This is most definitely our new hotel of choice when we visit Milan as we come two or three times per year. The renovation to the property creates an amazing atmosphere with well appointed rooms that allowed us to have such an amazing stay. We really enjoyed this hotel and are already booking a future stay in February.

It was great returning to this beautiful hotel!! It never disappoints! Friendly staff from bellman to check in to concierge to restaurant staff! Delicious breakfast! Well appointed rooms! Great shower! Location is amazing. A stay here will always be delightful whether for business or pleasure!
