Exceeded my expectations. Location is excellent. Was able to walk from the central train station.

Nice and clean hotel in the old town. Not for families probably, for single travellers optimal.

I came to my room late at night and at 7:30 in the morning the door opened and it was as if the apocalypse had come, there was so much noise.

Terrible charged me twice still waiting in refund of my deposit

Not a 4 star hotel. You need TO PAY for slippers! Poor noise cancellation — you can hear your neighbors, both above and in a side! Facilities are very old, even table corners were broken, towel hanger was shaky— barely 3 star level. For this money, there are better hotels.

I don’t recommend the hotel with the following reasons. 1) far from public transportation such as bus or tram. (About 20 minutes by walk) 2) low quality furnitures 3) poor maintenance(wall paper was scratched and table is not cleaned accordingly) 4) naked ceiling( can see naked ceil which has pipes and cement when i was on bed) -looks like storage. 5) higher cost compare to other hotel with such quality level(three star level)

Here We Go Again,Repeat Business Is Best Business, This must Be my 5/6 time at mercure grand warsaw, The Moment you waik in you are warmly greeted by wonderful staff, Hotel is impeccable,Rooms are as always exceptionaly clean, Mercure grand definitely should get gold award for best breakfast in warsaw, They even have champagne for breakfast, Wide choices of great tasting food, Location is the the best ,The street has many restaurants & Bars & extremely safe neighbourhood, Thank you to Joanna ( guest manager)for taking good care of her guests,

Everything is was great

The hotel located in downtown, it has a bar and a restaurant. The room was small but clean. The stuff was polite.

A top choice hotel in the center, offering kid-friendly zone.

Could be better , especially for Accor property …

It’s near central train station

超級寬敞，空間大 距離中心火車站約1.5公里

ワルシャワ駅から徒歩15分、旧市街まで徒歩20〜30分ほどの立地。立地の良さは他ホテルと比べると若干劣るが全く問題ない。空港へはUberで15分くらいだった。近くにスーパーやコインランドリーがあって便利。レストラン多く、ホテルの道を挟んだ前には高評価のうどん屋があっておすすめ。部屋は綺麗でエアコンもあり快適だった。
