Lovely hotel, overlooking the sea, we had room 410, stunning views, rooms are basic, but adequate for our needs, no kettle, so if you're like me and need a coffee before breakfast, then bring one with you, staff friendly and rooms cleaned every day, good choice of food, drinks could be made more clearer on what is all Inclusive and what's not, but again a good choice, entertainment only 3 times a week, could do with more, 2 pools, plus plenty of sun beds, is a gym and a hot tub, was very warm when we was there, so made it a very relaxing holiday, lovely marina about a 15 minute walk, and the beach about 10, no sign posts for either , but turn left outside hotel, go to the top and it's left for the beach and right for the marina, lovely place, and at some point would come again

Stayed here for a 4 night holiday - lovely hotel with all the amenities needed - the staff are all very friendly and can’t do enough for you. The food was plentiful with choices for most people - the hotel is kept spotlessly clean. The two pools were cold at first but you get used to them, the spa on the rooftop has amazing views and all facilities needed. Hotel is a 10 min walk to a lovely sandy coved beach with lifeguards on duty all day. The port out at Portocolom is half a mile or so walk and stretches for over a mile with little bars and a few shops. Portocolom is a relaxing resort and it’s been made more relaxing with this great place to stay.

I was a little worried about coming due to some reviews but if you’re looking for your sign to come here, here it is. As soon as i arrived i was welcomed in middle of the night and was made food by staff at 4am! i was delighted to wake up and see the most amazing views i’ve ever witnessed. The hotel is even more beautiful in person and i have no complaints about staff, especially bar staff every bar member have been so kind and welcoming, one lady called beth a little rude but everything has has been so amazing it’s made up for it. Reception staff are lovely changed our room for us to give us a better view. Plus we are 18-20 so we was expecting some judgement. If you’re looking to go solo i would recommend! This hotel is very much relaxing and there is a beautiful beach next door and an easy bus journey to cala dor. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND all inclusive. So chuffed here will be coming back

We stayed for 10 nights in room 112 with a excellent view over looking the sea and coast. The room was very comfortable and food and drinks were good. Port colom about 1 mile away and the beautiful beach in the opposite direction is about 15/20 minutes walk away even though the reception lady told us it was 5 minutes away. Entertainment was on for 5 nights duration our stay we have seen alot better. Over all its a lovely place to chill out and sunbathe if thats what you want to do. Staff where very good.

This is our 3rd visit to JS Cape Colom and was as perfect as ever. Stunning location, staff are very friendly, especially Miguel, Anet and Dolores, who we've seen over the last few years. Met up with friends who also returned each year. Hope to be back next year. Would definitely recommend to others.

Nice hotel and lovely staff. Cleaners were amazing, everyday and cleaned thoroughly. Had some ants in our room and the hotel sorted it immediately. Rooms were nice with decent balcony. Food was okay, not much to choose from and not many English dishes and was repetitive but nice and good quality. Always found something but if you’re a picky eater like me just be wary. The pools are nice, two are cold but the swimming pool was good temperature. Can jump off or go into the sea from the rocks, were ladders to get in and out at several points. Nice area, gets more lively at night, good shops and beach only 10 minute walk. Lift was very small, only 2 people could get in at a time. Entertainment let it down. Only have entertainment on 3 nights a week, only one of the singers were good, he was amazing. Mr magic if I recall properly, he got everyone singing and joining in. Nice for a couples holiday overall.

Our 5th visit in 7 years to this lovely hotel. The staff - many of whom we remember from previous visits - are friendly, efficient and happy in their work. The restaurant and bar staff are especially efficient and so polite. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day and again the domestic staff are engaging and polite. This time we chose a sea facing room with large terrace, such a wonderful setting to watch the sun go down. The whole place is just so peaceful with plenty of areas for sunbathing and relaxing. We especially like the garden area and nowhere is ever crowded despite the number of people in residence. The food and drinks selection is plentiful and varied and we have nothing but praise for the quality and presentation of all that is on offer every day. It was nice to see the manager frequently on show overseeing his staff and answering any guests questions. It would be nice if it was easier to get from the rocks into the sea via the steps, perhaps with the addition of some hand rails. Otherwise a little too precarious to tackle. All in all another wonderful 2 weeks at JS Cape Colom.

What a wonderful place, so calm and quiet, exactly what I was hoping for. The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful but also extremely professional. The food was lovely, so much choice. The grounds and view are gorgeous. I travelled with my Mum, we just wanted to relax, sunbathe and swim and it was the perfect spot. The beach is an easy 10 minute walk away, and it again is beautiful with a lovely bar/restaurant which I would also highly recommend.

Fabulous hotel very clean the food was very good all the staff were so friendly and the views are stunning it is just perfect.porto colom is a beautiful little place with plenty of lovely restaurants and a gorgeous beach .I would recommend this hotel and I can't wait to go back
