Perfect location for a close to home weekend getaway. Has everything needed to entertain the kids in one place! Very clean and well kept! Would definitely stay there again!

The snow was not cleaned in the parking lot making it unsafe to walk to the car - I slipped every time I walked through the entrance of the hotel

Overcrowded, overbook, dilapidated hotel had an odor of cigar or cigarette smoke throughout the entire third floor. Waitress at poolside. Dumped entire drink on me and continue to charge 18% gratuity.

Beautiful hotel. Our check in representative was very friendly. She asked what brought us to the hotel and when I said we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday she wished her a happy birthday.

Room 333 is right next to the elevator door. Lots of extra people gathering noise. Also the vibration from the elevator power room (or maybe laundry) impacted the headboard. Bed was too comfy to report.

Overall staff was nice. Was nice that they had a restaurant attached to the hotel. Food at restaurant was mediocre (had the pizza and quesadilla, pizza is very large).
Biggest issue was the condition of the hotel. Ran into various machines that were out of order. Couple machine stole quarters in the arcade. Vending machine would not take bills. Our door lock mechanism did not work and required me to swipe my card many times to get into the hotel room.
