Don't recommend this place for a family, very noisy, rooms not as described and not cleaned, pictures seems to be for a completely different place.

There’s not enough time to complain about what’s wrong with this property looks more like a crack den house than a hotel.
How they’re advertised by ******* is beyond me and it says a lot about *******
The room was unclean toilet was broken, urine was left in the bowl.
There was mould on the shower head and shower cubicle
The shower cubicle had tape along the bottom of the door to act like I assume a seal
I have photos and when challenged with this refused me a refund even tho I had to book somewhere else to stay
Also even thought it’s down as a smoke free room the entire room smelled like stale smoke the minute I walked in, when I complained to the reception the staff seemed unbothered and said if I wanted a refund then call ******* which when investigated claimed the room was “up to standard and no refund was due”
Terrible service both from the property and *******

It was my second time staying at this property. I would recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a place to stay in Middlesbrough as it is easily accessible with nearby restaurants, w-fi and parking facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful and I had no concerns and really enjoyed my stay.

Horrible place I never seen before smell everywhere in room toilet is dirty all is rubbish bed is like stone horrible in this area outside I stay there only less then hour I left and sleep in my car
