Room recently renovated very nicely. Within walking distance of a range of Restaurants. Staff very friendly & helpful. Would definitely stay again & recommend to anyone looking for good quality accommodation in Brunswick Heads.

The property was clean and comfortable and within walking distance to lots of nice restaurants nearby. The staff were nice and went out of their way to help to make sure we had a nice stay. Well done staff!

It was quite noisy as it sounded like I had a water pump outside the bathroom so if anyone in the block flushed the pump would run. Not the best sound proofing between rooms The bed was a bit soft. Average decor, the little lounge was badly stained. The tv was surprisingly small. It was okay.

The sails motel was lovely. Feels like youre in Greece! It’s a traditional old motel that has been revamped. Still has the old quirks like the locks, cupboards, bathroom tiles, but feels brand new. Was very clean, bed and sheets were comfy, staff was very friendly. A short block or two walk into town. Nice pool that has been closed off with a solid brick wall so you can enjoy the pool without feeling like anyone is peering at you through their motel windows.
There is a bar downstairs at the front, which can get a bit loud so when booking just ask for a room towards the middle/back of the motel. We walked in for a drink at around 9pm on our way back to the room but they were closing down for the night because they weren’t busy anymore so doesn’t look like it’s open too late anyway.
Would say here again.
