Booked two rooms for two night stay for my family. Location is close to the MIA airport, and about 30 min drive to the beach. We enjoyed the breakfast and staff were all friendly and professional. We paid $20 USD parking fee per day. We had to get new room pass cards the next morning because ours wasn’t working anymore. Other than that, we were satisfied with our stay at this hotel, and strongly recommend it if you’ll be staying in Miami.

Great location re Miami airport. Absolutely amazing breakfast. Loved the gym and showers great and clean. Highly recommended

Shuttle service took about 20 minutes to arrive, but was very quick to the hotel. Check in was easy and the man was very helpful. Breakfast was varied and good. No shuttle back to the airport in the morning. But, overall it was ok.

The property is done but the airport shuttle is terrible. I picked this hotel because of the airport shuttle. He drove past me at shuttle pickup didn't stop. I called the hotel 4 times no answer. I finally took a $20 taxi

I usually stay at the airport Sheraton but decided to check out the holiday in express as an alternative. It’s functional and has what you need for an overnight airport stay. There is no restaurant on site so have to go out to eat where as the Sheraton has one. It felt like the Sheraton shuttle is also more convenient/regular. All in all this is a god and close place to stay t for a very similar cost I will go back to the Sheraton

Location is not the best if you want to get out to find a place to eat. But convenient for airport travel.

If you're flying out the next day, or if you landed late and you want to avoid paying for an expensive hotel all day unoccupied, this hotel is an ideal choice. The included breakfast was very good. Whet bi didn't like was the fact that they charge you $20 to park in their parking lot. Thats just rediculous.

For a Holiday In, this one is just "okay". Clean sizabe room, tow TV's with HDMI in. Everything you'd expect from Holiday Inn. Right next to the airport so it's loud but I like airplance. Only downside is the pool - extremely cold and unusable. And the "whirlpool" you'd expect to be hot - like any other hotel. ICE cold. Same as the pool. So basically, if you want a pool/hot soak - stay somewhere else. This is an average Holiday Inn that's very loud.

The hotel is renovated and clean. Super convenient to spend night in case for long connection. Shuttle service provides every hour. If the time does not suites, Lyft is about 8$ and 3 min ride. Some issues during our stay: 1. Cleaning ladies were speak extremely loud. They started work around 7am, loud voices didn't respect guests sleep and comfort. 2. Breakfast was limited and gone in minutes. No correlation between provided food and number of guests in the hotel.

The only issue i had and pissed me off was the fact that everytime i left and came back , my keycard wouldn’t open the room door , so i had to go back to the front desk to get it reset.

Easy check in. Staff was kind and accommodating. Air conditioning went out in our room and they were able to place us in another room that was exact for our group! Would visit again- great Cuban restaurant located 6 minutes (walk) behind them.
