We stayed while we were in Miami Beach and it was a nice convenient location near the beach. The staff were really nice upon arrival and the room was fantastic. Would be nice to have face-cloths and the kitchen has pretty minimal utensils so be prepared for that. Didn't end up using the pool as we spent most days on the beach but it looked nice. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Parking wasn't a big deal for our rental; only one day did we have to use the paid parking which was free until 8am and we topped it up for $1/hr so we didn't have to get up and move it. I'd imagine during the busy season it would be more challenging.

I liked this place a lot. It was very convenient, close to public transportation, lot of dining options and walkable distance to the north beach which I love it and make it easy to catch the sunrise or sunset everyday. But, the only thing that I would consider if I want to come back to this place is the cleaning of the floor. It was so dirty, sticky and smelly. It seems they "clean" with a dirty mop or so, so it is never clean. I would suggest to check those stinky mops and stop reusing them. That’s my only complaint otherwise, it will be great to stay there again.

Due to some basketball game at the arena that night, it took almost 2 hours to get down this game over to Collins Avenue to check the hotel. To say it was after 10:45 PM check time so I could not use the facilities. I had to be up at 6:30 in the morning to go to the port of Miami to catch a cruise. Looking forward to staying for one or two nights and I don’t have anything else planned so I can chill out and enjoy the site surroundings. Staff was excellent especially the lady of the front desk from Argentina! Go, Messi!

Liked the kitchen amenities but didn't like that coffee was not supplied for the coffee maker. Room door laatch barely worked

We first got placed in an apartment that was severely dirty and old, had NOTHING to do with the pictures when we booked. The following night we got a much nicer and between apartment which was much better, but we didn’t get cleaning or toilet paper in over a week, and once had two new towels.
Unfortunately that really affected the experience since everything was really dirty.

There’s no available parking and ******* and waterside have hidden fee's. They have a resort fee which aren’t mentioned in ******* pricing.

I had to check in at one place then stay at another building 5 blocks away plus the towels in the bathroom was dirty with hair all over them and bugs in the kitchen

I loved the hotel very good but if you asked for the place to be cleaned or more towels they would say yes and never come one day I even walked their asked for towels they wouldn’t allow me to take them and said someone would come but then never did when I called back they said their wasn’t enough staff it bring it
