It is not a hotel, but Airbnb. Horrible, dirty, old, noisy, smelly… the staff is friendly, but the place is disgusting. The location is good and very bad at the same time. It is in front of the beach, but there is no restaurants, cafes, bars or convenience stores within at least 3 miles.
By the way: trip.com heard my complaint but didn’t offer another accommodation. Don’t waste your money and your holiday with this garbage.

The extra the I paid for the ocean view was good.
The bolcany lock was installed.
The stove never got fixed. Bad.
The pool area was closed. Bad.
I was forced to pay $12 for 30 minutes of banking for leaving at 10:30 am. Not good.
The worst was that the place is infested with roaches and I reported this many times, and I got complete non response on this issue with is the most important to me 😞.

This was the horrible experience it rain and the room flooded we called and they did nothing bout the water in are room so we packed up and left. It was unsafe to stay in the room. I will never never come back to this place I will never tell anybody to stay here. It was the worst place I ever stay at

Very disappointed. The pool was closed but never informed until we got there. The air condition didn't cool down until the next day, you can't set it so it runs all day long. The toilet wouldn't flush for the entire 1st day. We have to go down to lobby to use restroom, There was 4 of us. Then there was no remote for TV until 2nd day. Security at front were rude. The valet was awesome except 1 lady at front taking blue slips. She was so rude.

there were no water we could not shower no one told us when we arrived after our outing the room had roaches the bathroom had mold on the bothroom soap thats on the wall. it was not how it looked online.

This property is in a great location. The lock on the room 533 was busted . Didn’t feel very safe had to use wall lock to get some comfort . The lock was really hanging off the door , to the point of you had to wiggle the lock & move it up and down just to close the door . Other than that it was a great stay.

The unit had broken towel holder, no toilet paper holder, non working coffee maker, no hair drier. Front desk could not help with this. Was directed to call the caretaker.
The beds were creaky, and the unit had very few electrical outlets.

Both beds were broken, AC was not working, front desk were slow and rude, the toilet had the scrubber on top of the toilet full of feces.
