I don’t think it was made clear that there was no elevator in the facility. Don’t like having to carry all my cruise crap up a couple flights of stairs.

Instructions to check in was nice and smooth. The area was very convenient! Lots of options for food and shop. The room was good, a bit musky but nothing crazy. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean. Overall, good experience.

This is an excellent location in the heart of great dining etc but AVOID IT IF YOU INTEND ON SLEEPING! It is directly above restaurants that close very late so there was typical outdoor restaurant noise - then loud singing and music as employees closed up for the night around 1AM and layered on top of that was the CONSTANT BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP of the crosswalk signal which NEVER stopped as our room was 1201 (I think) which situated us directly over the first restaurant on Espanola Way and the very busy Washington Ave. I wish I had some warning or maybe a earplugs offered in the room - anything to drown out the noise which was so loud we heard every word of table conversation below our (closed) bedroom windows. We had just flown in from Seattle and needed a good night sleep before our international flight late the next morning - we didn’t get it. I finally fell asleep around 4:30AM after tossing and turning and trying to drown out the noise with my own earbuds and a Calm sleep meditation - nothing worked - the noise was just overwhelming.

Mold was in coffee maker. Fire alarm went off during early morning and was hard to navigate and hear the access code to front gate. In addition, our air conditioner did not work.

Excellent place to spend time in Miami. Close to all the fun around South Beach. Room extremely clean with easy virtual check-in process. They were able to accommodate an early check-in for me so I was able to get good rest after a 7 hour drive. Will stay here next time I am i the area for sure.

We loved the room layout and the fun area where it is located. It was close to shopping, food, and the beach. Our room on the second floor had a very musty, moldy smell. It didn’t help to open the window, so I feel like maybe there’s a mold issue in the ducts for the air conditioning. Fix the cause of the smell, and I would give this place five stars.

This hotel is worth your money. Love the location. Under your Kasa on espanola way is where all the restaurants at. And surrounded by other shops, foods, drinks, walgreens, bars, beach, you named it.
