when I checked into my room, the toilet flush was broken. Not only did the receptionist try to fix the problem immediately, she then moved me to another room & promptly cleaned the bathroom!
This is excellent service.

We had a nice short one-night stay in this hotel to escape the bathroom renovation at our home. The hotel was quiet and clean. However, we were disappointed about the breakfast: the photos on the hotel website showed pictures where there were some hot dishes included (sausages, crepes, maybe some eggs etc), but we did not have any of those. Still they charged us the full 9 euros for breakfast.

Chambre vétuste et petite. Salle d'eau vieillotte. Porte SDE qui ne ferme pas et poignet qui risque de rester dans la main. Porte balai WC pas très bien nettoyé. Porte fenêtre très dure à ouvrir si on veut aérer. Dans le couloir produit par diffuseur trop entétant. Murs feuilles à cigarette entre chambres et bruits du couloirs comme les lits sont au niveau des portes. Il faudrait un vrai rafraîchissement des chambres... Surtout salle d'eau. À 8h petit déjeuner manque surtout baguettes et viennoiseries. Par contre très bon accueil.... Un peu moins pour le sourire de l'agent d'entretien.

Chambre très propre et bon accueil. Nous avons apprécié le nombre de serviettes à disposition, sèche cheveux et même mouchoirs, ce qui est rare en hôtellerie. Nous n'avons pas été gêné par les bruits exterueur. Petit déjeuner très bien. Si besoin nous reviendrons

Très bon accueil, la personne est souriante, très à l’écoute et disponible. L’Hotel est vieillissant mais le confort et le petit déjeuner sont de très bonne qualité. Une nuit pour un rendez-vous sur Grenoble, aucuns soucis, Fait le job!!!

très bon accueil, chambre très propre, literie confortable, petit déjeuner parfait. Possibilité de restauration (bocaux, pizza), agréablement surprise que la réceptionniste m'apporte un plateau joliment présenté directement en chambre. Merci. Je recommande

Chambre spacieuse,très calme, très propre, bien agencée, abondance de prises électriques. Je suis arrivé le soir sans avoir réservé, check-in et check-out en une seule fois,j'ai pu repartir le lendemain matin très tôt (vers 6h00) après avoir parfaitement dormi et sans aucun souci.

Impeccable !! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel très propre et calme. Le personnel était accueillant et attentionné. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit et espérons y revenir bientôt.

Chambre propre avec vue sur la montagne personnelle accueillant j’ai mis que 3 étoiles car l’isolation et vraiment à refaire tout comme le chauffage et le petit déjeuner et à revisité mais sinon je le conseil si vous voulez un endroit calme propre avec une jolie vue
