after my friend told the manager that he booked a suite and not a room, the manager got angry suddenly and kept on telling us to get the f*** out. As we were leaving, he and a young man employee kept on pushing us in the stairs. my friend and i felt on the stairs. when my friend was on the floor, the young man kept on kicking him with the foot. we called the police and went to the tourism office who told us there was nothing they could do as it is like that in mexico. this was a surreal situation. do not go there.

It is a property in a great location for Mexico City. It is really a small apar**ent building (1960s?) with a B&B floor. The Family who runs it are great very nice people. It is kept exceptionally clean. It is spartan so don't expect a Hotel experience. Overall great location clean very nice staff.
